A very nice, quiet, relaxing place to be with your family. There was enough room for my family and it was child friendly. Children enjoyed the "games" in the garage- pool and fooseball and the air hockey- even the parents joined in a time or two. Kitchen helped us to keep the cost of the trip down by eating most of our meals there. Very clean and well kept, as for items small children could get into- minimal trinkets sitting around- just cheery floral decorations.
Very close to Orlando and many other scenic places- we could hear the fireworks each night from Disney! :) About 45min-1hour from Tampa. 20 min to Sea world.
Photos of home are accurate. Depth of pool is 3ft at one end and 6 ft at the other. Owner was friendly and easy to get ahold of. I would come back to this home again and would gladly recommend it to any friend or relative of mine. A good deal for a large family wanting to go on vacation!

Our family of 7 stayed here on our recent trip to Orlando. The house was exactly as described, and the pictures provided an accurate portrayal. The house was very clean, and with four bedrooms everyone had their own space to relax. My kids enjoyed playing in the game room, and we all especially enjoyed having our own private pool. The location is great - a quiet neighborhood, close to Disney World and with numerous grocery stores a short drive away.
The owner is very pleasant to work with, and the price was great. With a large family, this saved us so much money over staying in a hotel, plus we had a kitchen and could prepare our own meals. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Orlando, and I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A perfect Disney World home that is as comfortable as our own home. Everything was first rate from the location, the facilities, and the amenities. We were very happy with the total experience. We will rent again.

Loved the amenities it had. The weather was bad the one day we were there and our kids just didn't sit around watching t.v., instead used the game room and had fun! Would love to stay again!

We arrived the evening of the 29th around 10:30pm. After a day of loading a truck with furniture, I knew it would feel good to sit and relax. We chose bedrooms and did some unpacking. The house felt very warm... not in tempurature, but it had a warmth to it. Very welcoming. We were going to put something in the garage, but discovered the game room. That was a great surprise. I did fix the sliding door to the patio which was easy, but the alarm was set for something like 15 seconds, which wasn't really long enough. But we worked with it. I can understand the cover over the thermostat because I have been through A/C problems before and thought it was a good idea. The house was clean and very neat. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy. We did find one or two bugs in the house so I think maybe an exterminator may be in order. I guess in the south they are called palmetto bugs, but in Ohio, we have a much different name for them. But since there were only two we didn't get too concerned about them. We were permitted free calls in the US which was a great deal. Even though we only made one phone call to a local restaurant, free calls is a real plus when the cell service is so bad in that area. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space which was a plus. The dining table was big enough for us and there was ample seating at the counter. Overall, the house was clean, comfortable and perfect for the 8 of us. And the price was excellent. I would definitely rent it again.

Our stay in November 2011 was most convenient to the attractions. The place was clean and up to date. Any questions we had were readily answered by Mr. Lauer. My friends and children enjoyed the heated pool.Our favorite breakfast place-Waffle House.

WONDERFUL FOR 2 FAMILIES. EXCELLENT VALUE. WOULD GO AGAIN.

Like having your own private vacation home. Beats the heck out of hotel/motel rooms. A nice home away from home, in a nice neighborhood, only a few miles away from just about anything you could possibly want to do on a Florida vacation.
