If you like fishing and boating, then you'll love it here. The park has a nice double boat ramp that leads to the Chesapeake Bay.
And you'll be only three miles from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.
There is great flounder fishing here. And if you would like to try your luck on the ocean side, the Oyster public boat ramp is just a few miles away.
Cape Charles town is about seven miles north, and is a nice place to visit with its old shops and beaches.
