Great location, wonderful hosts
I stayed in this unit with four friends during our week-long, girls surfing vacation. The location can't be beat - you can walk to the pier to enjoy coffee in the morning by the water and to Del Mar for food or shopping. Kelly and Darren were such great hosts! Very warm and friendly, offering us the use of anything they could to make our vacation perfect - surfboards, beach umbrella, cooler etc.
The beds are comfortable, parking is easy, shower works great, no complaints. Hope to be back soon!

Great owners and friendly hospitality
Kelly and Darren really went above my expectations when I stayed in San Clemente. I went down there for the Doheny Blues festival, located a short 6 miles from the condo. Not only did they allow me to bring along my dog, but they also provided a great bit of information on dog friendly places (a small amount in San Clemente). Darren helped me out with all the local beaches and deals (happy hour on the pier) and even a bit of surf advice. The condo was much bigger than I expected and it had a great deck in the back perfect for grilling or laying in the sun.
I highly recommend this spot.

Pleasant stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our month -long stay.The apartment is ideally situated, short minutes to the ocean and well -equipped. An added bonus is that the balcony faces the east and is therefore sunny
all -day long.The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The owners were always helpful and congenial.
We hope to return sometime soon. San Clemente is great!

Good Vacatrion Spot
I spent two months plus at this location and had a very nice vacation. Kelly has a nice Typical Beach Unit here and it is close to the central area of San Clemente as well as the Beach and the great Pier. The unit is spacious, airy, and cmfortable for one, to many. I had young visitors, who, when not at the Pier or Beach were well entertained by the two large T.V.'s provided. It is a second level unit with a nice deck and large non ocean view for relaxing with your favorite beverage.
Altho you can walk to the Beach and Pier, I could not, do to age and steep streets. One offstreet parking spot was good for me. Neighbors were nice and helpful as well. All in all I was happy with my experience.

Wonderful!
We had a fantastic time at this rental! The owner, Kelly, was so friendly and helpful with the planning of our stay, and gave us lots of great recommendations. The photos don't do this place justice: it was open and airy, and possibly the best thing about it was balcony overlooking the canyon. It was a wonderful place to relax and barbecue, and everything we needed was provided. The price was great, especially for a place that is so well-located - it's very close to the beach (just about four blocks away), there is a Ralph's nearby, and the center of town is a bit of a walk away, but definitely doable. We had an amazing time..no complaints whatsoever!
(Also, highly recommend the restaurant/bar on the pier - great happy hour deals, and very good food)
