We loved every minute at the Casa Pheonix and spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the water. We started every day with yoga (luckily we had two mats for the stone floors)on the balcony and ended it with a magnificant sunset and some nights, a candlelight dinner. It was so convenient to walk to town in the evenings and during the afternoons we snorkaled and sunned at Dzul Ha. The condo was beautiful and everything you said about the condo, the people and Cozumel was right on. We live on a lake in Minnesota where the winters ar long and cold. We'll be back. Thank-you for letting us stay in your beautiful home..

We just returned from a week in paradise and must say that Casa Phoenix is the most luxurious casa we have stayed in over the many years we have visited Cozumel. The service of the staff was excellent and the amineties of the condo left nothing lacking. Even Miss Dolly (tropical storm) could not dampen the experiences of the week. Our family will treasure this vacation together for many years to come.

What a fabulous six weeks in Cozumel. We absolutely loved every minute at Casa Phoenix! A great deal of time was enjoyed by everyone on the balcony, drinking a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying a nice glass of wine in the evening. It was the most beautiful view one could ever imagine. We so enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go and the sunsets were fabulous! I would definitely say this is the best and most beautiful place to stay in Cozumel and the location is so convenient - close to downtown and directly across from the large grocery store. Casa Phoenix is absolutely beautiful and has all of the amenities of home, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. With four beautiful bedrooms and four master baths, there is not one thing I would change. Bill and Allison are wonderful people to rent from and the little extras they provide add an extra touch to a wonderful vacation! Margaret, the maid, is a great person, very kind and trusting. Marc Anthony, the doorman, is also a very nice person and both are always so willing to help. I cannot recall the name of the guy who cleaned our balcony and hot tub, but he was so good and what a nice person. We appreciated all of them. Thanks again for everything - we will definitely return!

Bill and Alison,
Our week at the Casa Phoenix was a week that we will remember a life time. All eight of the Queens wish to express our complete and utter most thanks for the pleasure of sharing your home in Cozumel. The staff at the El Cantil was the absolute best we have encountered as a group.
The view was breath taking and the furnishings were beautiful. All eight of us would love to return sometime in the near future.

All Hail,

We stayed at Casa Del Mar for the week of June 10th. Fabulous place to stay. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the beach area watching the cruise ships dock. Location is great - yes, you can walk almost everywhere. Management was helpful in renting snorkeling equipment, arranging boat trips, etc. - you can be picked up right from your dock! The grocery store across the street was handy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at Casa Del Mar 5/26/07-6/2/07 and had a fabulous time. My family and I would have loved to have stayed an extra week. The condo was great! The 1st floor was great access to the beach and pool. It wasn't crowded when we were there and we felt like we had our own private beach right in front of the condo. The kids also loved the hot tub. The condo is large enough that the 8 of us never felt crowded at all. The balcony is great. The pictures on this web-site are extremely accurate. The proximity to the town was so close that we walked to restaurants and shops. The "American Wal-mart" is right across the street and we went there several times. We absolutely loved Cozumel and the condo and will definitely return. I have recommeded Casa Del Mar to my family and friends. We spent one day at The Reef Club ( an all-inclusive) and we would definitely stay at the Casa Del Mar over the all-inclusive. We hope to return again soon. Thanks for a great week! We have just returned from our vacation in Cozumel. We had the great pleasure to be the first guests to stay in Casa del Mar. Thank-you for such a lovely condo. Casa del Mar is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. We found the electric juicer to be the most valuable item. We made limonada every day for our crew! We chose Casa del Mar because of the direct access to the beach from the balcony and it was a great decision. We had a group of seven family and friends. The condo is very spacious and there was more than enough room for us all. This was our sixth trip to Cozumel and our second to stay at El Cantil. It was a wonderful vacation and some of the best diving we have ever had! We love the close proximity to town and to the grocery store. We did not rent a car at all this time. Everything was within walking distance and the dive boats picked us up on site. Thank-you for offering this condo to be rented. I would recommend it to anyone.
