This 750 square foot one-bedroom/one-bath, oceanfront condo features a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a small beach area on the water for sunbathing or fishing, a heated swimming pool with shaded tiki huts with ocean view.
Occasional dolphins seen with the other marine life on our shore.
Off main highway so no traffic noise.
Unit conveniently located in complex near elevator and laundry room and near beach area.
Wireless Internet access available in condo

Well equipped,and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and sofas. Lovely decor.Great view from balcony. Pool was crystal clear and refreshing.Karen was a pleasure to deal with.

Spent one month at this condo and loved it. The condo is in close proximity to the elevator and laundry room making it very convenient. Property is clean. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is just beautiful; watched the sunrise every morning over the ocean. The pool is clean, peaceful and heated with lush plantings all around and overlooks the ocean. The owner couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend. Too many great nearby restaurants to count.

Truly Amazing

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time on our vacation. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. The complex was quiet and it was like we had the whole place to our selves. We actually met the owner and she took us scuba diving. It was nothing like chartering a boat and dealing with a boat full of strangers. It was like being out with friends and her and her boyfriend were very hospitable. We had the most amazing food at the Islamorada Fish Company. I would highly recommend the Wasabi Seared Tuna. All in all it was an excellent time and experience. We are planning on going again next year.

As nice as advertised!

This property is well kept, clean, tasteful, well-equipped,extremely nice and a great value! Kayaks are available, there are nice Tiki huts with tables and benches, and charcoal grills for cookout. The property owner was very helpful from the time we first contacted her and offered any additional information we would need. The view is great, the residents are friendly, the parking is practically at the door. My wife thought the pool was fantastic. There is a large accordian file with all types of attraction, restaurant and other local information that was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this property. We are a couple from Sarasota, Fl who spent 6 nights here.

Wonderful Time

We stayed for two weeks during December and had a wonderful time. The Condo was very clean and well equipped. We went out on Karen's boat one day and had a great time snorkeling. We saw two dolphins one day while kayaking off the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to sell our home in Massachusetts and move to the Keys!

good little condo, although not ocean front

We had an enjoyable week staying in key largo at this condo. It was ideal for our needs and at a reasonable price. It was a little way off the main road, so quiet, but handy location for restaurants, shops etc. and was a fairly central location for visiting Miami, Key west & Everglades. Not a lot to do within walking distance in the evenings, would recommend staying in Key West for that!! But overall a good choice.

Quiet, Relaxing, Spectacular Ocean View!

We just returned from a very relaxing, comfortable stay in your condo. Upon arrival, found it to be spotlessly clean. New furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more.
The description and photos on your website were very accurate. The view of the ocean was wonderful. Your bar height patio furniture allows for a perfect view over the railing. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go, and saw some spectacular lighting storms over the ocean. We really enjoyed watching the birds in the nearby mangroves just off the balcony.
We followed much of your advice on things to see and do, and left a note in your book in the condo with our favorites. Your information was extremely helpful.
The pool was great! The tiki huts were great! We barbequed in the sandy area outside a couple of nights. Spent some time at the edge of the point on the benches, just "meditating".
All in all, what a great place! We loved our stay. Almost forgot to say how quiet it was. And very conveniently located. Everything we expected, and much more!!!!

What a super place to stay!

First of all, all of our email exchanges with Karen were very helpful. When we met her in person, we found her to be extremely helpful, too.
The place was immaculate, tastefully furnished and stocked with many useful things which made us regret having packed things like life jackets, beach towels and the like. There was even a fishing pole! Note to self: next time, pack lighter!
The pool was very, very nice. Alas, the gym was being refurbished, so we couldn't work off all of the good food available in the area!
We find this location to be very quiet and soothing. As former teachers, we just smiled broadly when we heard the daily announcements coming from the nearby high school. If you were to sleep in a bit, you would miss them entirely.
Lots of shorebirds near the point; we did not use the kayak as much as we would have liked.
Restaurants not to miss: Kaiyo, with its spectacular lunch sushi and Cuban buffet; Big Fish for stone crab; The Fish House for the freshest of the fresh fish. Manny and Isa's is not what it was, but the portions are ENORMOUS, so plan to split or eat leftovers for awhile. I like Cuban, and the pie is still great.
We liked the proximity of the UCC church, too. Very laid back---you can bring your pet! Very friendly.
We didn't use the hide a bed, but a small family could bring kids here.
