Fun Family Vacation Place

All I can say is my family will definitely be planning to use this house again in our future. The pictures show it all. This house made my family vacation fun due to kids getting a stomach virus, we had to stay in the house more then wanted to and still had alot of fun using the pool, pool table, and pingpong table. This place was well cleaned and updated. Very close to alot of stores and food places. Could contact the owner easily which I like. We have family in the area so will pass along to definitely recommend to all to rent.

Lovely, Spacious and Well Appointed Villa!

What a lovely, spacious and well appointed villa in a well maintained community.
The villa is very private as it backs on to a large park with tennis courts
and an orange grove in the distance. We enjoyed watching
the cranes daily visits to the park, as we ate our breakfast.
The villa is very convenient with shopping, restaurants and Disney World a short distance away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

A lovely, family-friendly place to stay

This is a tidy, spacious, airy home in a Central Florida location with plenty of kid-friendly amenities. Our two daughters spent much of their time enjoying the pool, while my husband and I lounged in the hot tub or read on the deck. There are oranges to be picked in the field out back, a basketball court and playground, and quiet, meandering streets that were perfect for early-morning jogging. The games room, in the converted garage, is also terrific for rainy-day fun or after-dinner games of ping-pong. It was easy to prepare a meal in the open-concept kitchen while the kids enjoyed their favourite programs on the big-screen TV (one of four TVs in the house). The free wireless Internet access made it easy for us to stay in touch with everyone at home. You'll also find everything you need nearby--from grocery stores and shopping to an array of restaurants--and attractions like Disney, Universal Studios and Gatorland are a short drive away. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return!

Perfect Disney/beach vacation home

We could not have been more elated when we walked through the front doors of this beautiful, bright, comfortable home. It is spacious and well maintained and has everything you could possibly need as a home away from home. The layout is perfect, and we particularly loved the three separate accesses to the deck from the master bedroom (perfect for sneaking into the spa after the kids are in bed!), livingroom and bathroom (brilliant, especially for kids!). Our three children ages 9, 5 and 3 were thrilled with the pool and the games room. They spent hours upon hours playing with the toys and swimming. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean and the location was perfect. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Disney World and there were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and other shopping within 5-10 minutes. We discovered Clearwater to be beautiful and just an easy 75 minute drive from the doorstep right down to the marine aquarium and beach. Our trip to and from the Orlando airport was direct and just about 30-40 mins. We received fantastic customer service by both the owners as well as the manager. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Florida, whether it be a family vacation to Disney or a relaxing holiday for two.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Orange Tree Villa is just a fabulous space and place! Photos tell the tale, it really is as lovely as it looks and the location is excellent! Close to either coast for a fun family beach adventure and where else can you watch hawks soar, Herons strut with their babies and pick oranges from a tree. Stunning view from lanai, can't wait to go back. I had 2 daughters join me at different times, one with an infant and one with 3 kids 6 - 9, we had fun!

Arriving at this rental after a long day of traveling helped get into vacation mode immediately. The house was easy to settle into and was incredibly clean considering another renter had left the same day of our arrival. The area of the home within Orange Tree is very private, with the pool/spa overlooking orange groves and a field. Many other properties in these areas seem very close to other backyard neighbors, where this property has no rear neighbors which was nice and just what we were looking for. We enjoyed nightly walks and felt very safe in the neighborhood and with multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby, we rarely felt the need to travel more than a few minutes away for supplies.
We plan to return to this property as soon as our next vacation starts!

Excellent Villa!

This absolutely fantastic Villa made our Hollyday terrific. It has everything you need, to have a great visit, as well in the kitchen as in the rest of the hous. It was very clean, fresh and spacious which we enjoyed. The pictures of the house can't show how nice the Villa really is.
The air-condition was perfect so we could go inside when it was too hot outside by the pool an when our skins had been too red from sun bathing, the sun is really strong here. The pool and the lanai, by the way, was great and we spent a lot of time there.
TV in every room was good while we wanted to wach different programmes. It was also very esy to use the internet access. Super and quick!
The services was good and it was very easy to handle the code system instead of keys. We got a lot of good information about the villa before the trip, and we found more valuable information in the house, which made it easy to understand how it works to live in the US and how we should handle different things.
The surroundings was calm and we barely saw the neighbours.
It was easy to get to the Villa and we enjoyed where it's situated. We went to the west coast as well as the east coast. Not far away from a lot of things to do and experience.
The contact with the owner befor the vacation was really good and he was really nice and helpful, Thank you, we are so satisfied!!!

Very nice home, one story, situated off of route 27. Quiet neighborhood with nice grounds. Pool and spa was excellent. Spent Christmas Eve in the pool and spa! No rear facing neighbors which was a plus. Home was clean and nicely furnished. Would have preferred more channels on the TV's however. Nice large kitchen with plenty of dishes and glassware. Large capacity washer and dryer was a huge plus. The kids loved the gameroom which was equipped with pool table/air hockey, ping pong table and darts. Very easy check-in, owner e-mailed us security code prior to our dates. Had to call the management company once because the battery on the keypad failed, but never a problem gaining access to the home. Approximately 10 miles from Disney. Need a vehicle to get around.
This area of Route 27/192 is rapidly growing. We ate a few times at the Olive Garden in the Target plaza on 192. Deffinately recommend. I prefer this end of 192 as it seems cleaner and newer. Owner was very quick to respond to all my questions and made booking the trip an absolute breeze! We booked very late due to last minute plans but Charlie was very accomodating.
Be sure to visit the Premium Outlets on Vineland Ave if time permits. They have a free parking garage and a huge selection of stores.
Great location for Disney parks, short drive to the gates. We also went to Universal, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld, not a bad drive at all. Universal and I of A are more geared towards older children, Disney is great for all ages in my opinion! Word of advice, this end of 192 becomes very crowded come Saturday mornings, leave a bit earlier than you would plan. Bumper to bumper traffic to get to Interstate 4 mid morning.
