If you are planning a vacation in the Palm Springs, California area, we have a beautiful 4 bedroom home in Terra Lago, the Shadow Hills area of North Indio, to meet your long term or short term needs.

Incredible Mountain Views in all directions.

Part of the Terra Lago (former Landmark) 36 hole golf course community.

Home is tastefully decorated with dark wood furnishings throughout.

Great room has 42” television with 'fiber optic to the home' cable and Blueray player.

Home has wireless internet throughout and a separate office in case you really have to keep in touch with the office while you are on vacation.

Kitchen has granite slab countertops and new stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and convection oven.

Kitchen is fully equipped for your every need including coffee maker with grinder, toaster oven, juicer, kettle, espresso maker and wine fridge.

Home has three bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the main. There is a master ensuite with dual sinks, a separate soaker tub and shower enclosure. The second bath has dual sinks. The main floor bedroom is adjacent to its own bathroom.

Master bedroom—King sized bed and private ensuite, with mountain and lake views, TV, DVD

Bedroom 2—Queen sized bed and incredible mountain and golf course views

Bedroom 3—two twin beds

Bedroom 4—Main floor bed—one full sized bed

There is also a fold out couch in the office and a playpen and booster seat are also available

Stayed Dec 26/08 through Jan 2/09. Very nice and relaxing getaway from a terrible Chicago winter.

House was immaculate with everything you'd need including in house laundry, fully stocked kitchen and a big BBQ grill out back. Master bedroom had a very scenic view of the community and the mountains, where you could easily watch the kids play on the playground and field out back. The house was very roomy and the master bedroom/ensuite alone was bigger than some apts/condos I have visited. The residents' center is a short 2 minute walk down the street with two pools, a hot tub, a gym and more. I do not golf but anybody who does would love all the courses so close by.

Overall it was a very scenic and enjoyable getaway, making it very hard to leave and return to winter in Chicago. I would definitely recommend this spot to any of my friends and I will probably return next winter, after a few golf lessons this summer. If you are flying into the area, I'd highly recommend booking your flight into Palm Springs airport like I did. It is only 20-30 minutes from the house and a much smaller and easier airport to get around when compared to Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
