Nice home. Plenty of space. I prefer to have this space instead of staying at the Eagle Rock Lodge, because we have kids. The owner was available for any questions when we called and even followed-up to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The house is newly build and has an attractive design, including a mudroom, which was nice. Plus a master bedroom with huge closet and large full bathroom also good. Rooms were good sizes, with closet space and tall ceilings. Although we had some apprehensions about the caretaker on the first floor, it was a none issue while we were there. The homeowner, Dave, was pleasant to work with and there were no surprises with the rental. The one issue was with the tankless hot water; we struggled to get consistent hot water. We did consult with Dave and the hot water situation improved, but we were never able to fill the tub. Also the weather included freezing rain, which made the very steep driveway a great challenge. The views from the house were beautiful and the part of Eagle Rock that the house is located is not very populated, which was nice - yet only a few minute drive to the community's amenities.

This was a great house. The owner is prompt with responses and there is a gentleman onsite that is so nice. This house is in amazing condition and is a great price. The house also came with two ski passes :) definitely recommend and will use in the future!!

What a terrific all encompassing vacation we had at your house in Eagle Rock . The restaurant, health spa, skiing were so much fun. Your house is immaculate and so cozy with the real wood burning fireplace and satelite radio. What a romantic time it encourages !! we will come again soon

Beware: Not as advertised

This listing was advertised as a house but should have been listed as a multi-residence. The basement of this house was inhabited by a man who is the caretaker. Nowhere on this website did it state that there is somebody living in the basement. If you and your family are fine with someone you don't know living in the bottom of the house, then this is a nice house. Otherwise, I recommend that you go find an actual single residence. Be sure to ask if someone is living in the basement before you make your payment.
Owner's Response: The website DOES indicate caretaker onsite who does security and maintenance. It is a completely separate apartment on a lower level, remote from the main entrance and main house. No one has had any issue see other reviews thhis review is totally unwarranted. The caretaker is a young lady, not a man .

the house was fabulous, well equiped, and spectacular fall colors on the upper deck, the Yellow Aspens were amazing. Eagle Rock is so well maintained and managed with all that a vacationer would deisre!
