Great place to stay in Huntington Beach

My family rented this house to attend my daughter's graduation from Biola University. The house is convenient to the beach, downtown HB, and to routes to the rest of LA. There was plenty of room for our family to spend time together or have some personal time. To save money, we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen instead of going out. My wife and kids loved the hot tub. The whirlpool tub in the master bath is nice, too. One feature not noted in the ad is the roof-top deck, my kids loved spending time up there. The beds are really comfortable, especially the Temperpedic in the first bedroom. There is also a banana plant in the front yard that provided us ripe bananas while we were there.

We enjoyed the home so much it was very hard to leave.the location was a very pleasant walk to downtown and the beach.the decor was wonderful and spacious.It had everthing for all ages.The entire family want me to book time in the summer, I think we may be regulars!!

We had a wonderful stay at our rental property on 7th ST
It was close to main street and the beach and believe we
could not have picked a better place to stay. The house
was full of every amenity you could ask for at a beach house
from bikes,beach toys, grill, margarita machine and the list
goes on. The roof top view was perfect for morning coffee
to night cap to end each perfect night. We are already planning
to book it again for next year : )

Great location!

We stayed here for one week and this was a perfect location for us. It was about one mile to the beach and we walked and/or used the bikes to get around. We liked where it was since it was close enough to all of the action during the US Open of Surfing yet far enough away that we did not have any difficulty parking when we took the car out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the BBQ, and the roof top patio. We felt like we were home. It was very comfortable. We would definately stay here again.

Great vacation home experience!

My husband, 3 boys and my parents rented this property and had a great time. We rented the bikes and rode them to Main Street/the HB Pier to eat and shop. Location is close enough to walk (15 minutes) or bike to the beach. Plenty of room for the family and most everything needed for a great stay. Also - Mike and Chanti were very timely in returning our damage deposit and helpful anytime I had questions. Thanks to Mike and Chanti for a great time!!!

We love this house! We have stayed their twice now and love the way we can spread out. We have little grandkids and it's great to let them run around the side yard and play in the jacuzzi then nap when needed before heading downtown to the beach or shop. The staff of SoCal are very friendly and helpful. The extras we had access to were well maintained and so fun to use with the family. i would recommend this property to families of all ages.

We have rented this property twice now and love the closeness to downtown Huntington with the beach and all the activities. The house has such charm and was clean and well manicured. Mike & Chanti answered all our questions and helped with the GEM car until we were comfortable. You need to stay over a Tuesday evening to attend the open air market downtown Huntington, it's fabulous!

The house was very nice. The roof top patio was especially nice given we were there over 4th of July and had a 360 degree view of all the fireworks. Didn't need to use the bikes since we brought our own, but there were plenty to choose from. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the tube TV to a bigger flat screen. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent choice for a vacation house!

This house has everything one needs to have a great vacation. Cute kitchen, if a bit tight when more then three people are trying to maneuver in it. Plenty of bedrooms and comfortable couches for everyone to sleep. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day of doing nothing. The hidden treasure is definitely the roof. Perfect place to lounge in the sun. The house is tastefully decorated, though I would recommend putting the many breakables in safe places at the start (I almost knocked over a vase when first walking up the stairs with my luggage). The beach is about a 15 minute walk, which is definitely manageable, if not extremely close. There is a small convenience store right down the street, and grocery stores are within short driving distance. I would highly recommend this house.
