Centrally located in downtown Ocean City. Park and walk to boardwalk,beach and restaurants. Our unit is vibrant

in color and relaxing , which from the time you unlock the door and enter you know that you reached your home at the beach. So come in and just RELAX and ENJOY!!!!! There are three bedroom and plenty of space to escape or sit on balcony and enjoy the view. We hope you enjoy the convenience of the location and the family atmosphere of the building. The rooms are painted from the coral family which make you feel happy and full of energy in the A.M. but as evening arrives they become very relaxing... So please come and spend your vacation at The Bel Mare. THANK YOU.....

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great 4th of July vacation. Perfect view of the fire works from our balcony. The condo was great and the owners were great to work with. Can't say enough about them and their condo. Very close to boardwalk, beach,places to eat and the rides. You really can walk nearly everywhere.

Hurricane Irene

Unfortunately I did not get a chance to stay at the property due to Hurricane Irene. My family and I couldn't spend the week because of all the state evacuations becaues of the hurricane. The owners were very understanding and work with me to reach and amicable agreement that worked for everyone involved.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Our family had an excellent vacation using this rental unit. The owners are wonderful and staying in this unit was like being at home. The description was accurate, the location is great and the customer service was fantastic. This was the first time our family rented a unit, before we stayed in hotels/motels. I would most definately recommend this to family and friends. The unit is clean, updated appliances, TV's, WiFi, the beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and the unit is close to everything. The fact that we were able to prepare our meals in the unit, do laundry and just relax made the vacation experience even better.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Our family & both set of in-laws stayed here during our vacation ages ranging from 18 months to 65.The place is beautiful!You have everything you need in the condo plus you are in walking distance to all kinds of attractions.We walked to the boardwalk,beach,trempers which the kids loved & we also visited ripleys.The owners are very nice.They seemed to really care that we had a good stay.I can't think of one bad thing about our whole visit.We are definitely planning to come back to ocean city & would love to stay here again.

Great Condo!

My friends and I stayed here with our two infants. The condo is beautiful, you have everything you could need and the location is excellent. My only con was the bar across the street. I am a light sleeper and the music was SO loud from the master bedroom on the weekend that I could not sleep until the bar closed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
