We have a stamped concrete street and sidewalks with low level street lighting in a series of planters. Our home is only 5 years old, is set back and surrounded by coconut and mango trees and completely walled and gated for your privacy. A beautiful home located in a peaceful setting of San Pancho. 'Your Home In San Pancho' is a two story home, with a master bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor along with a large terrace. The bottom floor has the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and laundry room. Also on the lower floor there are two bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom. These lower bedrooms have seperate entrances to the exterior.We have a small pool which you can float carelessly or sit next to and enjoy the peacefulness of the day. Our property manager can help you arrange things from exploring the area to having a chef prepare you meals in the home. It is a short and flat 10 minute walk through town to the beach. When walking to the beach you will pass a beautiful polo field and restaurant where they play most Saturday afternoons as well as have evening dinner entertainment, the soccer field, several residences, restaurants, stores, shops and art galleries. A very enjoyable stroll, a great way to start or end your day.
