We are the Holmstroms,Steve, Laurie, and Linnea. Steve and Laurie live in San Carlos, where Steve practices Veterinary Dentistry and Laurie is a Dental Hygienist. we have two grown children that live in southern calif and three ancient dogs, Ben the Labrador, Lizzie the corgi and Thelma the dachshund. Linnea lives in Westminister, Calif and works with medical computer systems and shares her house with Gracie, the miniature longhaired dachshund.
We started coming to Maui in the sixties when our parents purchased this, the first condo resort in Kihei. Our father trained for the Pacific landings in the area during WWII, and fell in love with the island lifestyle. They vacationed and lived at Hale Pau Hana until 2009, when the were no longer able to travel. We took over the rentals in 2009 and have been working to refurbish our condo to the comfortable, island style we enjoy so much.
We all love the water and spend hours scuba diving and swimming during our visits. We have an inflatable boat for diving off of and have found several 'undiscovered' dive spots that have become our favorites. We also enjoy exploring the upcountry villages and the island dining.
