Our condo, (#414) located in the oceanfront condominium, Paki Maui, offers all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces including a private lanai. We recently added new furniture and renovated with granite kitchen and bath, new carpeting and new furniture. Enjoy your down time with a flat screen TV in the bedroom. Give the kids their down time too with a flat screen TV and DVD/VHS player in the living room. We have cable TV and web access.

You will sleep like a baby on our California King sized bed. A family of four, two adults and two children can comfortably occupy the space because the living room offers additional sleeping on a very inviting queen sofa bed. Just bring your loved ones, a surfboard, beach wear and sunscreen. Everything else you desire is waiting for you here!

You can walk to everything!

Sushi, Asian, pizza, farmers market and coffee bar are located right across the street from our condo and grocery shopping, gift stores, snorkel shops, and great restaurants are a 5 minute walk away!

Snorkel right out in front of our building and see the colorful fish and turtles swim by. Want Surf? Surf the two breaks to the left and right of our building.

Swim at the state beach park next door. (Your kids will love the beach park's jungle gym, slides and swing area!)

Want BIG waves? Drive to Honolua Bay (10 minutes away), Ho'okipa Beach Park in Paia or before you fly back to the mainland, check out Kanaha Beach Park (right behind the airport!)

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Maui. The condo was nice and also very clean. Exactly as pictured. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit. The price was very reasonable. Beds were comfortable. I was a little worried about not having an airconditioner, but it is not even an issue with the cool breeze. We left the lanai door open and it was perfect day and night. Everyone onsite was friendly and helpful. Ruthan was great to work with. Thank you so much Ruthan!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Ruthan was professional from the start, providing clear information and making special arrangements for us to pick up the key when our plane was due to arrive close to midnight, using a lockbox code. When our flight was changed and we were unable to travel to Maui for our vacation after all, Ruthan was extremely understanding and flexible. She replied promptly each time we emailed or phoned, and while we didn't make it down to Maui for this visit, we'll be sure to stay at Ruthan's property when we finally get there.

Recommended for: Families with Teenagers

I was VERY please with everything connected with the condo that we rented in Maui. Since we have Never been to the Islands we did not know what to expect. The owner & managers were very helpful in every aspect. I would recommend this condo to friends or family in future. It was very close & walkable to beach, farmers market, shops & a few restaurants. Since there was a full kitchen with dishes etc.,we would not have had to go out for meals. The price was Very reasonable and I enjoyed it much better than some of the rooms that I know were much more expensive at larger Hotels on the beach. The beach next door was perfect and just steps away. The fruit, flowers & weather & waves were unbelievable! Thanks you Ruthan for everything!
