My husband and I stayed in this lovely property over Easter with his parents AND my parents. It was spacious and clean, we all had plenty of room and didn't feel cramped. The view is awesome, the location great, and unit was well stocked. Ken was a pleasure to work with as he responded very promptly to all emails and questions. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already given this vrbo# to a couple of friends for future rentals. Thanks again!

We stayed in August 2008. We will be back. This property is very clean, modern and has a great view. Our young children spent many hours at the pool, a relief from the rough waves from the tropical storm in Florida. Thanks Ken.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and plenty of space for everyone. We have been going to Topsail for 20 years and this house was the nicest house for the money. We will definately stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful house, clean and a priceless view. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were wonderful. Nice decor...will stay at this house again and again. Many thanks to the owners.

Everything we expected and more. Very clean place with all the amenities of home and a walk out the back door to the beach. The Internet access was a nice touch to find places to eat, attractions...etc.
Everything was like brand new and the layout with the 2 masters/2 kids rooms (and MANY bathrooms) was perfect to keep 2 families from tripping over each other. We'll be coming back for sure.

This was an incredible home with lots of room and spectacular views. Very new and clean and a great beach! You don't see pictures of the bathrooms but they are fabulous too! I can't wait to book my next visit!

It was perfect! It was exceptionally clean, roomy and decorated with the thought of comfort in mind.It felt like being at home with the added feature of an ocean breeze and the constant sound of waves.The beaches were beatiful,the walks were long, and the sun was kind... Absolutely beautiful! The photos do not do it justice. The view is wonderful, we loved the floor plan, and everything was VERY clean! All pictures are "as is" not "as it used to be!" Will DEFINITELY stay again! You will not be dissappointed if you choose this for your vacation destination!

Wow what a beautiful place,the view of the ocean is soooo much better than the pictures are.Ken is a very classy host, left for us on our arrival a 12 of beer and a tub of ice cream for the kids, a very nice touch. Unit was clean,lots of room,was in great condition. I would definately stay here again if available.Thanks Ken for a great week at your place. Sorry for the delay in getting this review done.
