High Hopes II
Rustic home with lots of wood and rock. This beauty is three levels/ two balconies and provides privacy, a circle driveway and parking pad. High Hopes is special in that it is secluded high on the mountain with privacy, yet close to all the fun.
Inside you will find a master suite with jetted tub and a private screened porch with a 4 person hot tub.
Lots of flat parking for your special cars, trailers and RVs.
Approximately 1 mile from the heart of Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg is only 10 miles up the mountain and Great Smoky Mountain National Park is approximately 12 miles away. We have high hopes you will love our home and visit often!

Our stay at High Hopes was fantastic! A family of 10 fit perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out, everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner, and it was decorated well and clean. Highly recommended.

A terrific way to save

My husband and I found this home on online. The price was right, the available dates were right. Everything fell into place for us. Then my children and their spouces were able to join us. We loved being able to spend time together in such a wonderful, clean and convenient location.
From the outside, the house doesn't look all that big. However, looks are deceiving! The place was very roomy. There were plenty enough beds and bathrooms for all of us to use without being on top of each other. The location was near shows, shopping and entertainment. Everyone enjoyed the whole experience.
We will difinately do this again.

High Hopes II delivers!

High Hopes II delivers all it promises! Beautiful quiet lot, nice neighborhood to take a stroll and watch the raccoons (even a bobcat one morning!), quiet, great location where we could access everything from the back roads (including the back way to DollyWood), and did I mention quiet? Ideal bedroom configuration and each one was thoughtfully done. No odors, no bugs, no neighbors' driveway at your windows. Kitchen was great for more than one cook. Lots of updated finishes and fixtures so maybe calling it a "cabin" is a bit of a misnomer! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Our stay at High Hopes II was fantastic. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for our two families two spread out and enjoy our stay. The cabin was easy to get to, very close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit and the parking was great. We enjoyed everything about our vacation and thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful vacation home.

Our perfect choice

My family of 10 stayed in this cabin. It was very spacious and well equipted with everything you need for a long stay. The cabin was very clean. My children absolutey loved the pool table and the bunk beds downstairs. tons of pillows and blankets. my husband and I enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. we will for sure be staying here again. And for the price you would be crazy to pass up the stay here.

We throughly enjoyed the stay recently. It was clean, well furnished and spacious.

What a great weekend in the mountains!

My family (9 of us altogether) spent a long weekend at High Hopes. What a delight it was! There was plenty of sleeping accommodations but not so large we didn't have the opportunity to gather around the fireplace or around the table for some great family meals. Susan was exceptional to work with and had all the i's dotted and the t's crossed to make our stay fantastic. You can be sure that we will stay there again. Close enough to Pigeon Forge to shop but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains with the lovely changing of the leaves in the background. If you haven't visited High Hopes, it is time you do!!!

Great location, great value and beautiful cabin

My family and I loved this cabin. There were 10 in our party. It had plenty of room and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The location is fantastic, just minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge. We had a wonderful time. Everything in the listing was as indicated and the property was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone. We are already planning out next trip and this will be where we stay.

There were nine family members that stayed at High Hopes II and we had plenty of room for everyone. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown Pigeon Forge which is great. The rental was very clean and we had a great time. I would recommend this rental to anyone because you can't beat the value.

Me and my family LOVED High Hopes II. The home is very well maintained and perfect for large families. 3 large bedrooms and a downstairs with 4 bunkbeds. The two showers upstairs have 2 shower heads and the main bedroom bath has a jacuzzi tub. So relaxing. Very close to town but without the noise of all the Pigeon Forge traffic. We didn't want to leave to even go to Dollywood! You will not regret booking this home. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
