Great week!!!

We stayed in March 2009. The house was beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. The house was very clean. The cleaning lady used natural cleaning products so not to upset my respiratory allergies. The owner was very easy to deal with. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We used the bbq on the screened lanai. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which was perfect for the kids to ride bikes and skateboard. We fished off the dock with the rods provided and actually caught fish. The pool was great for swimming laps. The spa needed some repair on the tiles but other wise worked great. There was plenty of pool toys for the children. Beach chairs and beach toys were provided. The beach was a short drive away. The grocery store was down the street. The next door neighbours were nice to the kids and let them feed their fish. We loved this vacation and are planning to return next year. I would suggest the owner purchase a small shop vac to remove dog hair from the lanai and screens.

I have been a guest in your house in Sept. 2008, and I like it very much. The house is beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and with a lot of games, toys and water toys it is perfect for families with children. Pool and spa gives a nice refreshment. There is very much space in the house, especially in the living-room, at the pool terrace and in the main sleeping-room, which is, as well as the connected bathroom, a dream. The large kitchen is perfectly equipped. I have missed absolutely nothing. The contact with the owner was excellent, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The describtion was accurate in all matters. The only thing I have to complain is that the fence near the pool at the street side should be fixed, and the CD-player don´t play any CD, and so it is very "picky" in playing CDs. I have enjoyed my time in your house very much. Highly recommendable!

Our arrival time was uncertain but access to the house went exactly as arranged. The house was prepared well for us and we were not disappointed in our choice of holiday accommodation for our party of three adults. Great to swim 100 lengths in the heated pool before a leisurely breakfast outside in the covered area overlooking the water. Gardeners kept the outside tidy and the pool was attended to regularly. We stayed for three very enjoyable weeks.

We stayed for three weeks in Decemeber (2006) at this fantastic residence. The house was open, spacious, clean and perfectly located. The property plays host to a spectacular dock, pool and spa that is sure to relax you. The rooms are nicely decorated and supplies are plentiful. It was really much more than we expected. The pictures don't do the property justice. We are planning on making this Marco Island home an annual retreat.

Five of us stayed in your home for two weeks in September and had a fantastic time, with good weather between hurricanes. It is a quiet area with nice space between neighbours. There is plenty of room and the house has everything you would need from nice big soft towels, kitchen utensils and games to a PC with internet access if you can’t stay away from your e-mail. Please note that the third bedroom has an open ceiling area meaning you can’t make any noise in the living area if people are trying to sleep in there. The pool and hot tub were great, with good privacy, while still providing a nice view out down the canal. There are basic shops just a short drive away with easy access to the mainland. It does not take long to drive up to Naples and beyond with a number of malls and shops. All in all a very relaxing vacation and we would highly recommend this property. We were sad to leave; hopefully we will be back soon.

We rented your home June 21-28. Your home is wonderful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet along with the view. Although we live on the East coast of FL, we've never spent much time on the West coast and really enjoyed boating/fishing and hunting for shells along the beach. We can't wait to visit again next year.
