My family (Husband, 5 year old Daughter, 10 year old son, Mom & Step-Dad) and myself stayed at this lovely home and enjoyed it to the MAX! The house has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. The time we spent here was absolutely priceless to us. Everything was clean & in order and Jeff was accommodating in every way possible.
Great memories made; playing games in the pool, watching the butterflies in the back yard, grilling on the barbque and watching TV together lounging in the living room are a few. All rooms have decent size TVs and there are even 2 game consoles and video games which my kids enjoyed.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
Thanks again Jeff and Judy for your hospitality! We will come again and also recommend to others.

This was our 4th stay in Forest View, which is an excellent villa in a great location.
It is very well maintained and clean, the recent works have made a big improvement.
It has all the facilities you could want with a great pool and deck area.
Jeff is a brilliant caring owner and will do all he can to sort any problems which arise.
The Outback Steakhouse is our favourite & is just around the corner, great Margaritas.
We will be back next year.

My Family and I stayed at the house for 10 days and it was perfect. It felt so much like home that we felt sick to our stomachs when we left for the last time. The house was exactly as described and the property was clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and eating meals out next to the pool. The location of the house could not have been more convenient. We visited all of the major parks during our stay and travel from the house was quick and easy. The owner, Jeff, could not have been easier to deal with. He was extremely responsive and made me feel very comfortable about renting from him.
The next time we go to Florida, we hope to stay at this house again.

Best place to stay in Florida

We stayed here for the month of March. This was the fifth year we stayed in Florida for the month of March and this home was by far the best. It was clean, spacious and had every thing we needed. The weather was great so the pool was a God sent. Jeff was so very helpful and very friendly. This home is located very close to all of the fun things to do. Every thing you need is right in the area grocery stores, Walmart, Target and all kinds of restaurant's. I would recommend this home to anyone. Our only regret is it is already rented for next March or we would be renting it for next year. We will surely be renting this home again.

This house was great! We were a large group and it accomodated us perfectly! The owners were very attentive, to be sure that everything was perfect with our stay. House was clean, it had everything needed: towels, bed sheets, kitchen utilities etc. Location was great, 10 minutes to disney parks, 30 minutes to Universal. We will definetly contact the owner for future travels to the area. Thank you very much!!!

What a wonderful home!!

We stayed in Jeff and Judy's wonderful home the week of Thanksgiving 2011. Everything is exactly as pictured. It was spotless and very, very clean. The location of this home simply can't be beat!! You are literally minutes from all Disney Parks and a very short drive (about 15 minutes) to SeaWorld.
There are lots and lots of resturants (Wendy's, Outback Steakhouse, Dunkin Dounts, Chick-Fil-A, Sweet Tomatoes, TGIFriday's, Taco Bell, and on and on....) as well as a Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery store and Target nearby.
Our daughter LOVED the heated pool as much as the theme parks!! Every night she came home and swam before bed. It just added that much fun to her vacation.
We would stay in your home time and time again. We loved everything about it. In fact, we've already recommeded it to friends that are headed to Orlando in May!! Jeff is a wealth of knowlege about the Florida area and we appreciated all this travel and dining tips.
We're also very thankful that you allowed us to bring our dog.

Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful home. It was awesome. Everything we needed was already there. Close to the parks, stores, but yet away for the hustle and bustle.There was plenty of room for everyone to have their on space when needed(all 11 of us). Working on another memory in the near future and would love to stay here again. We would recomend this home to anyone wanting to have a great vacation.

Thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a blast the entire week! I think the kids loved the pool even more than the theme parks! Your home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed to feel at home ourselves. I also wanted to thank you again for all the help when we arrived, you are by far the most friendly and professional owner we have ever dealt with.

Jeff , I don't know where to start in describing how wonderful our time was at your villa. The villa itself is absolutely amazing and the location & price are without a doubt unbeatable. What a wonderful tme we had living in this villa. June 26th - July 3rd 2010 was an exceptional week for me and my family. This villa was more than enough space for my family of five. The kids just loved playing in the pool- a real blast for us all. Let's see, what can I say about this villa and staff - SIMPLY THE BEST !!!!!!!!! Jeff is the friendliest, most helpful person one could ever ask for and has exceptional customer service. The management staff was very accomodating. We found your service and support to be excellent and will be happy to recommend you to others. Thanks for sharing your villa with us. If we're ever in Orlando/Kissimmee again this will be the place for us reside if available. Thanks again Jeff.

This is a great home, and a great owner!

We stayed in this home June 20-27th of this year, and it is SO great. Just a 10 minute drive (traffic and all) to Disney! Our kids were devastated when we left, they are still talking about "our house with the pool".
I couldn't have been more pleased when dealing with the owner. He was so easy to work with, and our stay was just wonderful. I will DEFINATELY return to this home! The house is so roomy, and it accomodated a family of four and another family of two easily.
This is the best price for the best location. Its the best vacation we've ever had, and we will be back soon!
