My wife and I have just 11 nights in this well-located guest house. It was a breeze to get around the area with excellent transport connections.

Before our stay, I had considerable contact with the owner. The responses I received were prompt and business-like, inspiring confidence that we were going to have an enjoyable stay.

The property is accurately described and we found it to be very comfortable. The living space is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen, whilst small, provides every facility needed for a self-catering holiday. The bedroom is smartly furnished with plenty of storage. The bathroom is modern with a shower and bath. The wifi proved to be a real boon.. We made use of the garage which was handy. We didn’t use the bikes but they looked in very good condition and cycle helmets were available.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to future holiday makers. You will be assured of a relaxing holiday.

We stayed in the guest house for two Jan-Feb 2011. It was exactly as described, which was pleasant. Everything was ready to go and worked well. We enjoyed having our own private garage and garden. All was very clean and organized. For us the treasure however was the location and how close it was to nearby parks, golf, walking paths and shopping facilities. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The property was just as good as it looked in the photos. Very convenient to old town, parks, shopping and public transportation. The owner was very attentive, shared his daily paper and provided bikes within 5 minutes when we decided we wanted to ride despite temperatures reaching 114 degrees. Very comfortable for one person and even worked well with the addition of my adult grandaughter.

The house was perfectly clean and well maintained in all respects. The location, layout, amenities, etc were all very nice and exactly as described. Well appointed and safe, the accommodations are ideal for a couple or a person traveling alone.

The two provided bicycles were great for getting around the local area and for riding up to Old Town Scottsdale. The park and recreation facilities down the block provided for wonderful bike rides, walks, golfing, swimming, etc. Some great restaurants are a short bike ride away including the AZ 188, the Mission and the Bandera.

The owner was friendly, easily accessible and very supportive.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We found this place just as advertised. It's well kept and clean. We loved the bikes which were comfortable and well maintained, also the private patio.Scottsdale full of great restaurants and this guest house is in a good location for sightseeing.Would stay there again.

This vacation home has all the comforts of home.
It's perfect for a woman traveling alone. The neighborhood is safe & welcoming. The home secure. The enclosed patio was a plus for relaxing, grilling, & entertaining guests.
Robert is a gracious host who provides information,privacy, & the daily newspaper!

Active seniors who enjoy golf, biking, walking, university attractions and art galleries will find the location of this guest house convenient. A free trolley is a block and a half away for travelers to use. The trolley transverses south Scottsdale through Old Town Scottsdale and near by shops. Very nice guest house and attentive landlord.
