A fine location, a fine, clean, well kept, and quiet apartment, close to everything - patisserie, Shakespeare and Company bookstore (great readings), easy food, and Notre Dame. And Fine, available hosts!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Huchette apartment. What an amazing location! We walked everywhere from the spot with our 5 and 7 year olds and they never complained.

We loved the scene outside our door with the restaurants and vendors, yet it was quiet in the apartment for resting. And our kids adored the loft in the apartment. They thought it was their special Paris clubhouse.

We had a great, great time and would recommend renting the place to family and friends.

I stayed for a month in the Huchette apartment in
January 2009. It's the second time that I've rented
from Pascal, and I can't say enough good things
about his listings. There are NO surprises and he's
great to work with. The Huchette apartment is in
the middle of everything. In about three minutes a
fast walker can be in Notre Dame, and you're only
about two minutes from the St. Michel Metro stop.
The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely
decorated. I was surprised to find free wifi and
telephone service back to the states, which wasn't
even advertised! There's also a Monoprix just a five
minute walk away, so you can easily save money by
eating in for one of your daily meals. I wish I were
back there now.

The Rue de la Huchette apartment is the find of the century! It is located dead center of everything- less than 100 yards from the Seine and 200 from Notre Dame. It is on a busy, hip, happening alley, but back in the apartment it is oh-so-quiet. You have comfortable beds for four (we stayed there with our 8 and 10-year old daughters for nine days), laundry in the apartment, a very workable kitchen, WiFim TV, the works. We were able to hit the Paris sights hard, then be home in time to relax and save money making meals. Pascal and Christian were VERY helpful with ideas and responses to our needs. Stay there- you won't regret it!

This apartment is a real find. Perfectly situated on a busy street, the unit itself is extremely quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and having a washing machine with a dryer was a surprise bonus. Don't be turned off by the building's hallway the first time you get there, as the pillars date back to Louis XIII. Pascal and Christian are extremely helpful should you need anything

We loved Paris and Rue de la Huchette is the place to stay if you want to experience life in the centre of Paris.

It is wonderful! We had a fabulous time and won't hesitate to rent from Pascal again.

We had the most wonderful stay in Paris at Rue de la Huchette. The apartment was clean and neat, it is located in a vibrant area close to many jazz bars, restaurants and cafes. It is a moments walk to the Seine and Notre Dame and the Metro is a few minutes walk away. We would love to return to Paris and would stay in the same apartment again. Thankyou Pascal.
