This is a very charming one bedroom garden suite with a separate living room and kitchenette combination approximately 550 sq ft. There is a sofa bed (full size) in the living room which can accommodate 2 kids or one adult comfortably in addition to a queen size bed (memory foam mattress) in the bedroom which can accommodate 2 adults. This unit can accommodate 4 guests total. There are 2 televisions with cable and free internet connection. Ample street parking.

Great location 3 blocks to Golden Gate Park, 2.6 miles to De Young Museum, 2.5 miles to the Cliff House, 2.7 miles to the Zoo, and about 1.4 miles to ocean beach. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, walking distance (about 3 blocks). There is public transportation (muni metro) one block away which can take you downtown to San Francisco Center, Westfield shopping center, Sony Metreon, Union Square and the Waterfront & Pac Bell Park (about a 30 to 40 minute ride).

I had a very nice stay here during Christmas 2012. The unit was very convenient to transportation. I took the N Judah to downtown for a full day of shopping and didn't have to fight traffic or parking. Restaurants and groceries were walking distance The unit was clean and comfortable.

My three kids (8, 10, and 12) and I stayed in the Garden Suite for a Golden Gate Park Spring Break. This place was perfect for us. We loved the quiet, the location was perfect, even more so as we moved around from day to day doing things at GG Park and the City. parking was easy and it was perfectly appointed, just as described and nicer. Wheelchair friendly, lovely private courtyard, beautiful floors. We had the best Chinese food of our lives at Yan Yan San, which we walked to. If we get to come again, we won't even bother cooking -- there is too much wonderful food around the neighborhood and all too reasonably priced. Our local family agreed with all our impressions. Yvonne was very accomodating about our last minute changes and requests. Whenever we asked for something, Yvonne was right there to meet the need! It was an amazing vacation due in great part to this place and its hostess.

Peace and quiet during a stressful time as my husband had brain surgery and recovery up at UCSF. Really easy to get back and forth on the NJudah line. Took one day and went to see King Tut and Yvonne was an angel. Parked a really big truck for free! In San Fran!...Husband fully recovered and Yvonne kept in touch and was supportive! Just like home accept it was clean!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place.
Also if you have a car, it is very easy to park (free). Good location, near the beach, the park, a lot of markets in 2 blocks. We really enjoy our stay for the wwek and will recommend it. Bravo Yvonne!

The place is cozy, charming and well located. The apartment is ample, and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet although the apt is still centrally located. Above all, Yvonne, the owner/manager is the most hospitable, charming, helpful person you may ever find serving in such capacity.

Stayed for a week at this spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. If you have a hire car it is also very convenient to local shops and the beach at Sunset. Easy access to both bridges as well as to the 280 south. Loved the breakfast area with corner windows and bright sunlight. A very hospitable and responsive owner made the stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again next time round!

We've stayed at several vacation rentals in SF when visiting friends in SF and Marin. This rental is one of the best. It is clean, sufficiently furnished and well-equipped. The location and parking are great. Above all, the owner is wonderful and responsive. We highly recommend it and will be back!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was in great condition, clean, quiet, and affordable. It is also in a good location, close to transit and walking distance to the Ocean. The hostess was also very friendly and kind. We recommend it.
