The upper floor has a full bathroom, the master bedroom has a king bed, very large walk in closet, private balcony and a lovely settee at the window. There is a bedroom on this level that has been set up as an entertainment room with a 37' flat screen TV, DVD player and desktop computer. This bedroom also has a full queen sofa bed, full dresser and closet. There is a queen bedroom located on the main floor off the living room next to the half bathroom.

Very easy access to a stop on the Victoria Harbour ferry route and is on a great bus route. Within minutes you can be wherever you want in the city or on your way to the numerous attractions all over the greater Victoria area.
This unique Victoria townhome is located waterfront on the Gorge Waterway. Parking is included and if you need another spot this can be arranged. It is about a 5-7 minute drive to the famed Victoria's Inner Harbour. We are also just a few minutes walk to the Victoria's gorgeous Galloping Goose trail system which takes you all over the Greater Victoria Area. Walk, bike, rollerblade the trail or rent a kayak or canoe from Selkirk Waterway. You can also hop on the Victoria Harbour Ferry as there is a stop at the Selkirk station just a few minutes walk away. We are also situated in a nice spot which has easy access to not only downtown, but shopping and easy access to Butchart Gardens and the Island Highway.

We really like this property as it is one of four townhouses in a condominium complex. It is such a great vacation rental as it has it's own entrance so you have complete privacy, yet so much outide room to take advantage of, like a stroll to the front of the building which sits on the Gorge Waterway. A 15 min walk will take you to the Selkirk Waterway terminal to catch the harbour ferry, rent a kayak or just sit around drinking coffee and having lunch in one of the many retuarants. The property is located on Gorge Road in Victoria which is very close to downtown, yet has easy access to many of the local attractions that are outside downtown Victoria such as Butchart Gardens, the Butterfly Gardends, etc.
