We have stayed at these condos several time and love the facility and the location. We unfortunately were unable to use the deck overlooking the ocean as the tile work was all coming off and left sharp edges. The tile was also being replaced in the work out area so we we could not use that area either. This was kind of disapointing as we wanted to use the entire area.

We have been going to Cozumel to vacation and scuba dive for approximately 20 years. For many years we stayed at the Intercontinental Presidente when diving. Since our retirement, 3 years ago we have stayed at several condo complexes located on the North end of the island and the Peninsula Grand exceed all of our expectations with the amenities it offers. We were amazed at how nice the condo was; very comfortable and it had everything we needed for an extended stay. The Peninsula Grand complex, as well as the grounds, were maintained extremely well…. absolutely beautiful and spotless! It was a real plus to have Building Management (of the Peninsula) as well as security and snack bar staff on-site to assist owners and guests when needed. We found everyone affiliated with the rental company to be extremely kind. They were very helpful and made every effort to resolve any issues that might exist in a timely manner to ensure that all of their guests enjoyed their stay. We look forward to future visits there!
