great home and location

Everything you would want in a vacation rental is here. Nice quiet neighborhood and the heated pool/hot tub, tennis courts are just one walking block away. Lovely patio with gas grill, umbrella table and chairs. Many visiting birds--great horned owls, hummingbirds, finches, hawks, quails, etc., frequenting the flowered shrubs on the patio--sun in the morning on the patio and most of the day. Deloris has decorated wonderfully. Very large master bedroom with walk in closet and nice showered bathroom. Large guest bedroom with large closet. 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower. Plenty of light in bathrooms, walk-in-closet, kitchen, dining room with skylights. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Kitchen island has seating for two and there is a table for 4 also. Living and dining room is very large with nice comfortable seating with very nice TV, DVD, stereo, etc. Two car garage.
This townhome is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and Deloris has left info about all of these and where they are located. All in short driving distance.
Computer hookup at desk in the kitchen--bring your own laptop.
We will definitely like to rent again when we visit Tucson. Very reasonably priced for what you get and we would suggest that you give this rental a try!
We visited our relatives and friends, Saguaro Nat'l Park, Reid Zoo (very nice small zoo), Botanical Gardens, Organ Pipe Nat'l Park. A must for restaurants--El Corral Steak House and the local soup/sandwich shops.

Wonderful stay the last week Jan. 2009. Lots of room felt just like home. Deloris was great and helpful....... Great location with dining and shopping close.. Hiking was great in Sabino Canyon, Pool & spa were wonderful......Very enjoyable stay.

It has all the comforts of home. DeLoris was very helpful and gracious. This beats the heck out of a hotel. Much like being home. Garage and beautiful patio with a grill and plenty of room. Kithen was well equipt and set up nicely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The whole townhouse was nicely done and decorated. We would stay here again.

This is a very clean and well decorated condo. The location is a very quite and secluded, but is still near all near all the shops, dining, golf and sight seeing that you will want while inTucson. Located near Sabino Canyon for great hiking and near Ventana Canyon for spectacular golf.
The complex has a very nice heated pool and spa as well as a tennis court. The owner has thought of everything that you will need for the kitchen and dining. You just need to bring your food and recipes. I would book this site again.

I have to first say something about the(owners). They truly are the nicest people, and made my family feel very welcome. The location is located in a very beautiful part of tucson. We actually spent a couple hours just driving around the area siteseeing. The condo had everthing we could possibly need. We stayed for thanksgiving and we did not have to buy a thing except for the food! I have to say ive stayed in alot of hotels and had to have room service come and clean again before i stayed. Not with this condo. This was the cleanest place i've ever stayed at. They do not show any pictures of the patio, so i have to say that this condo has a beautiful, large patio with plenty of seating. The area that the condo is in was so peaceful, and a perfect place to take a walk too. There are plenty of resturants and stores in the area as well. I would highly recommend this condo. This will be my families home away from home when ever we are visiting tucson.
