Our vacation was one of the most relaxing we've had in a very long time. Bob was super helpful. He went out of his way to provide very useful tips. The condo is in a prime location. We went to several different beaches but loved the beach right in front of the condo. The facilities located in the condo complex were excellent. The condo was centrally located to Red Hook and some really great restaurants. Our family would go back to Bob's condo in a heart beat. A day did not go by that Bob did not check in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great price in a great location!!! We will be back.

The condo is in the ideal location, you can literally hear the waves sitting in the living room as you drink your morning coffee. If you don't want to go anywhere else on the island, you really don't need to. There are 2 restaurants right on the beach (one cheaper, one more expensive), an awesome pool, a beach bar, a water sports rental shack (free bloody mary party Sunday's at 11am!) and plenty of beach chairs. The beach is not too crowded which is a nice bonus and since it's a private gated community you don't get the cruise ship crowds. The condo literally has everything you need, coffee pot, blow dryer, plenty of beach and bath towels, cooler, crock pot, etc. Bob was very accommodating and drove us in to Red Hook to get groceries the first day since we didn't have a car. He also brought us dish soap and toilet paper mid week when we ran out. We had 4 in our party, 2 couples and had plenty of space, each had own bedroom and full bath. Our shower had a very nice river rock stone floor. The condo is in walking distance to the Ritz if you want to go to Blue Water grill (expensive but well worth it) or they have a nice sushi bar where the local "Bushwacker" drink was supposedly created by their bartender. I highly recommend getting a rental car. We didn't have one and paid $5 a head to go into Red Hook, which adds up if you plan on doing any exploring or going to St. John. Not the end of the world by any means, but we will definitely get a car when we come back. We also saw local deer across the street from the front gate which was very cool and there are iguanas all over the entire grounds which is really neat as well. All in all, you really can't beat this place. If you're still looking for a place to stay on St. Thomas, look no further!

Condo location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful view from the balcony, Condo was very comfortable but in need of some repairs and updates.
Bob was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 weeks.

Bob's Condo was very nice and in the perfect location. He was extremely helpful before and during our stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. The photos are extremely accurate. We were right off the beach. I think the closet condo, and for sure the easiest access, to the ocean. The beach was well maintained and the restaurants were very good. Cowpet Bay was very beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed going into Red Hook and eating at XO. Their appetizers were amazing. There was great live acoustic music at the Saloon and Latitude 18. (Both also had good food). My favorite bar/restaurant was Latitude 18. It's a bar with no walls, great food, and music every night of the week. The local sailers go there so it feels very authentic. We also kayaked the mangroves, which included hiking a coral beach and snorkeling. The snorkeling didn't have as bright of colors to the fish and the sea bed, but the guides were very interesting and engaging on what we did see and do. And the kayaking was so much fun. In summary the whole trip was amazing. I'd go back for sure and stay in Bob's condo. It's a great location with close assess to the Red Hook ferries for future trips to St Johns and Jost.

Before I left St. Thomas I was already planning my return. Best vacation. The location of Bobs condo is in the perfect location on St. Thomas and the perfect location on Cowpet Bay - central and closest to the beach. It is outfitted with everyting you need. Listening to the waves, feeling the wonderful winds, and enjoying the morning sunrise on the deck made this condo beyond spectacular. Definately recommned having a car. We saw so much and the car was the key. Do visit St. John and its beautiful beachs, Secret Harbor (best sunsets), Zip Lining, Mountain Top and Magen's Bay, BVI Tour to Baths, Tortola, Snorkling, and the Soggy Dollar Bar, Walk about down town and shopping, oh I could go on. And bring you appetite. Wonderful restaurants right there on Cowpet Bay a stones throw from the condo and Secret Harbor just around the corner, wonderful restaurants in Red Hook, Down Town, and St. Johns. I highly recommend Bobs condo and look forward to my next trip.

Once again we had a wonderful vacation here. The photos are accurate. Bob has a well maintained, clean and relaxing place. You can't get any closer to the beach! He was helpful as always. (This was our 3rd visit here we like it so much.)
Remember to bring your passports so you can visit the British Virgin Islands - worth the trip over to the Baths, etc. If you like snorkeling, Water Lemon Cay was worth the 30 min. hike.

We would like to thank Bob personally for a wonderful family vacation. Both of our kids are moving on and this was our "last" vacation together for awhile. The place was everything we needed and right on the beach. Bob was very accomodating and there to answer any questions you may have. The resort was kept immaculate. It was great to have a full kitchen to cook breakfast and then go out for the day. You must go into Red Hook and eat at Pesce. Sunday they have an "all you can drink" bloody mary and mimosa bar as part of their Sunday brunch which was so much fun. Don't waste your time going to Mountaintop. Granted, the view was spectacular; but once you are there, who cares about a 16,000 sq. ft cheesey souvenior shop and a $9 banana daiquiri that you can get for $3 around town. Gladys' cafe in Charlotte Amalie was wonderful. Also, take the ferry over to St. John and snorkel at WaterLemon Bay. You feel as if you are in a fish tank. Make sure to rent a car, that way you can explore the whole island, plus you can take the car ferry over to St. John and explore that for the day. We would definitely go back!

The location is spectacular, right on the water. The beach is amazing. There were not too many people on the beach when I stayed so it felt much more like a private club, and it was very enjoyable and peaceful. When you walk down to the beach it's like an experience every time.

The condo is large and comfortable.The views from the balcony are incredible. The weather was mild when I stayed so I slept well every night with the balcony doors open and the sound of the ocean in the background.

The owner was incredibly helpful and certainly went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to a friend.
