We are located .8 miles from Disneyland. Our home has 4 big bedroom, 3 baths, game room with a pool table Foosball table and much more. Our Style for this house is Totally Modern.
Green grass on front of the house and the house is gated for your comfort.
Huge Living room, Beautiful Aquarium, LCD flat screen TV and 3 more TVs around the house.
Really Nice neighborhood and save to walk any time.!

Great Place
We rented this for nine people including three grandchildren and it was perfect. We have four bedrooms, a dining table big enough for everyone and a kitchen that was great for cooking (our son's favorite thing). The crock pot was started before we left for Disney and dinner was done when we got home.
The kids loved the heated pool, the guys played pool and everyone watched tv occasionally.
We chose to drive to Disneyland and park in their lots. Everyone was tired after a day on their feet and we found this to be a good idea. We did it every day. It takes less than five minutes to get to Disneyland and you wait to pay for parking.
We will do it again.

Wonderful Place to Stay
The first words out of my daughter's mouth were, "Dad can we come back again." A spacious house only blocks from Disneyland, I couldn't
have asked for a better place to stay. With a huge heated swimming pool, and super clean interior we felt as prized guests rather than rentors. The couple in charge, Dan and Liz, were friendly and there to please. My wife had a minor problem working the microwave and Dan came out and walked her through it. Turns out my wife was a little mechanically challenged but they didn't mind coming out and showing her how everything worked. The pool was immaculate and my daughter liked the large pool almost as much as Disneyland. This was so much nicer and more relaxed than staying in a hotel, couldn't beat having a nice fire in the fireplace in the evening.. We're looking forward to returning.

Disney Get Away
We rented the home from November 4th-11, 2012. The pictures as shown online were a good representation of the home itself. We were travelling with our daughter, son in law and three young boys ages 4, 3 and 1 1/2 years.We found the home to be spacious, with lots of room for the kids to play. There was a small issue with one of the locks on the bedroom door leading to the pool. We contacted the maintainance person (Vladimir) and it was looked after very quickly and effeciently by a very informative and friendly gentleman.
The only thing we found was the walk to Disney took longer than expected. This could have been due to the fact that we had three small boys with us, I am sure if they older it would have been fine. We decided to drive and park it Disneyland parking after the first day (well worth the $15.00 charge)
We found the orange, and other trees in the yard a special touch. The boys also enjoyed the large aquarium. We found the boys were beginning to drag a bit late in the afternoon so we decided to watch the fireworks from the pool area, and we were not disappointed.
We would recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area and hopefully will get back there ourselves someday.....thank you Liz for allowing us to share your beautiful home..

3rd Year in a row. Our home away from home
This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this same vacation home with family and friends and we will be back again next year for a fourth. The house is 5 star. Pool, jacuzi, pool table, games... the kids entertained themselves. The proximety to DL is fantastic. We loved it and the owner goes out of her way to be sure everthing is perfect. The bottle of wine and cookies is first class. For many reasons, I highly reccomend this property. You won't be disapointed. Thank you Liz.. we had our most memorable family vacation ever. The kids didn't want to leave.... hence, I promised we'd come back next year. See you then.

Lots of good a few minor problems.
We had 14 people in the house, adults and children and we never felt like we were crowded. It is conveniently located to Disneyland, the grocery store, shopping mall and restaurants are all within a few miles. We enjoyed many nights watching the fireworks from the pool. The house has a game room, which we loved. The house fit the description completely, the kids room had a lot of Disney themed paintings and dress up clothes, which the kids enjoyed.
The week that we were there, the hot tub and the air conditioning didn't work, we contacted Liz and she had her maintenance crew out to try to fix things, although they were out a few times to try to fix the issues, neither one worked properly during our stay. However, the maintenance crew tried and were very helpful and even got us a few fresh lemons and limes from the trees on the property.
I would recommend the property to others, as it has a lot to offer and every vacation has a few things that don't run smoothly, but we just went with it.

Eight day stay in hot house
We arrived on Sunday and were met by the property manager. The AC was off and the house was 87 and humid. we were told not to set the AC below 75 or it would freeze up. There was water leaking from the AC and we were told there were lots of towels and to mop it up. Monday morning the house 84 and we called both the property man and the rental agent Liz. They did arrange for a repairman to come but he could not come until Tuesday. The repairmen (2) were in the house all day Tuesday. He said the unit was very dirty probably had not been serviced for a long time. The cleaning and repair had the working in the attic. This was accessed thru the master bedroom. This made napping for the grand kids rough. Other things like 4 room fresheners in the living room outlets, the fact that the main bathroom door knob was installed wrong so it would not lock. ( I fixed it) and that the jungle bedroom door woul not close. The house could be made more comfortable with outside roll down blinds on the west window. I requested a refund of two days rent but was given 1/2 days. The said thing was I just read a review of some people who had no AC for their stay

Owner's Response: The AC was repair ASAP by the AC guy that service all our properties and money was refunded to you. We had other families that stayed with us right after that had a great time I'm Sorry for you day and a half with no AC.

comedy of errors
Some issues were likely not the fault of the owners...but the AC did not work the entire week we were there (in 95 degree temps). With a family of 13 and little ones in tow, it did not make for an overall, great experience. The accomodations themselves might have been better rated if we had a working AC. We were reimbursed partially for the stay, which was acceptable to us.

great and affordable place to stay
It was my first time in California,and I can say was awesome.This place has everything do you need to stay and feel relax,comfortable and is pretty close to many places like gas stations,shopping centers,fast foods,beach and the main atraction,Disney Land Park. Lots of amenities are include in the house,so,you just need to bring your presence and enjoy.From the inside of the house to the patio,you are going to enjoy every moment.Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are priceless! So, I recommend this beautiful place to everyone whos looking for a great,nice,funny and clean place to stay and want to enjoy vacations or any other activity with the family or for a romantic scape. I hope so much back again!!!! Your kids will love it!!

Fabulous Getaway
My family and I has a wonderful 1 week vacation The house was beautiful very clean and nicely decorated. It certainly exceeded our expectations as in the past we have rented vacation homes and been disappointed Well this certainly was not the case. We had an amazing time and also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was nothing short of hospitable, friendly and more than helpful. We have already reserved out next vacation and have promised our kids many returns. I would highly recommend this vacation home .

Family Vacation at Locust Ave. house
The home was large and very roomy. The pool was warm and we could see the fireworks from Disneyland while in the pool. It was a fairly comfortable walk to Disneyland and the neighborhood felt safe and was well maintained,however, the home had a bad smell, especially the kitchen, which made it unpleasant to eat in. The carpets(only 2 bedrooms had carpeting) were very dirty, as well as the upholstery and needed to be cleaned. I wore flip-flops the whole week we were there. There were only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, so we had to make sure everyone conserved, there were only 2 extra garbage bags provided and only enough dishwasher detergent for 4 washes. We stayed a week and had 13 people,so this seemed very unreasonable. It seems the owners should provide these necessary items for their guests. The side patio with the hot tub was old and unpleasant. For a vacation rental, the outdoor furniture looked very worn and no one wanted to sit in it, let alone eat out there. If could be a very nice property with a few updates and new carpeting and clean upholstery, and thorough cleaning around and under the stove and fridge. The owner emphasized that it was sanitized between guests, but I do not believe it was more than surface cleaned at best. I would explain these things before recommending this property, as I know some people would have an easier time overlooking this than we did. If we hadn't had so many people, and I thought we could get our money back, I would have booked a hotel instead of staying here. This ruined me for vacation homes forever.
