An amazing home and an amazing vacation!

Rebecca and Gary's home in Ingleside on the Bay made for a perfect vacation for our family. The house was immaculate, and the gourmet kitchen was perfect for making meals for my *very large family. The backyard provided endless of hours of fishing for the kiddos, and sunset dinners looking at the sailboats on the bay were breathtaking.

The property is a short drive from Port Arnasas, Corpus Christi and Padre Island, so there were always plenty of activities for the family, but in all honesty, everyone just wanted to hang out at the house and fish! :)

Thank you so much, Rebecca and Gary! We have so many wonderful memories from our summer vacation 2012.

The kitchen was awesome. Very high end, and everything you need. Very clean. Tons of space. The area was very quiet and peaceful. High end washer/dryer, so we did tons of laundry (with the humidity,we went thru a lot of clothing). I had a conference in Corpus, but it was a very easy commute into the city.

Loved this rental!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was roomy and comfortable and felt like home. We traveled there with 10 students for a workshop in the Corpus Christi area and everyone had a comfortable bed and private area. The upstairs family room was a favorite spot, along with the dining/kitchen area. We were able to make our own meals and all fit at the table to eat family style.

I would absolutely recommend this house for anyone needing lots of space or for an extended family vacation. It was exactly as described, the master bath was a treat, and having laundry facilities right there was also a bonus.

Rebecca is great to work with; she took care of my questions before the stay and through our communications I felt as if we were friends. I absolutely loved all the extras they provided; they have gone out of their way to make the stay entertaining, even as far as providing written instructions for the shuffleboard court!

The kitchen is a dream to work in and the dishwasher is SO quiet I had to keep checking to make sure it was running!

This was my first experience with HomeAway and I was so pleased. This is a great rental and will not disappoint!
