Excellent in all regards...we will return!!!!!!

My family and I stayed in this condo for our yearly summer vacation. It turned out to be the best vacation we have ever had! Many times when you find a rental on the Internet, the condo ends up not being quite like the pictures. However, the pictures I viewed of this condo prior to our stay did not do the condo its justice. It was so much more than our family could have hoped for. We had more than ample room and never felt like we were crowded. The views from the balcony were extremely peaceful and relaxing. And I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness that the owners put into the condo. Everything that I typically have to think about bringing for a vacation was already provided for us. My husband, who is not always easy to please, even stated walking into this condo was like walking into your own home. We felt very comfortable and can't wait to stay here again in the future!

The condo was simply GREAT! My wife and I took out daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. They loved the pool and all the activities were within a short walk. The condo was comfortable, clean and the views spectactular.

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way for our family vacation! My husband, 2 sons (20 & 13), my son's girlfriend (19) & my mother made memories that will last a lifetime while staying there! Everyone had ample space to 'get away' & ample space to 'just hang out together' ...Jim & Louise have really outdone themselves in making things easy for those who visit! This trip was the best birthday gift my mother has received & the family portraits we had taken at Sand Key park will be the icing on the cake! Thanks also go to Jim & Rochelle for sharing the information on this amazing place so that we too could enjoy it!

My family and I stayed in this unbelievably wonderful condo 4/5-4/11 2009. I cannot describe how truly lovely this condo is...the view is amazing, the bedrooms, the kitchen, etc...all incredible! It is even better than the photos, and that NEVER happens! The owners have literally thought of everything you may need to visit the beach, which is also incredible. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the dryer doesn't dry very well...this is literally the only thing I can think of! We hope to be able to visit this condo and Clearwater again sometime...and I will call Jim and Louise first! Thanks again for the use of your truly spectacular condo! We just returned from the condo a few days ago. It was very nice...better than I hoped. We have a family of 5 and we all had plenty of space; more than we needed actually, I felt that I should have invited someone to share the condo with us...it was so spacious. It really is better than the photos.
The location was GREAT...we loved the beach walk and everything there was for us to do. My favorite restaurant was Crabby Bills. My girls loved the Capt. Memo's Pirate Ship (lots of fun for the little kids). Shepards (just across the street) is a fun place to go for adults but had loud music until 1:00am most nights. (This might have been due to us being there on a Springbreak Week)

Our family stayed in the condo in March and it was fantastic. It was spacious enough for my four sons to enjoy themselves, but it was very tastefully decorated and had all the upgrades we loved as well. Great location and we had a chance to meet Jim, who was very helpful in giving up tips on where to eat in the area. We would highly recommend their condo to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

We spent a weekend here for a "girl's trip" and it was perfect. The place is very nice...I agree with other reviews in that it is even NICER than the pictures portray. It is very spacious and the three bathrooms make it so comfortable. The location was perfect, there is lots to do nearby and the beach is right downstairs. Overall, it was just perfect!

Went the last week of Feb 2009. This is one of those places that lives up to the pictures and more. The view off the balcony is better than shown. Very well appointed place in a quiet building away from the main drag but minutes away from the beach. The owners were more than accomodating. I've stayed in several places, but this condo had the best internet and TV setup I've seen. The condo is ideal for multi-generational visitors with a great kids room, guest suite, and very large master suite, each with its own bathroom. Clearwater beach is great for hanging out or taking a walk. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The condo is set up with all the equipment you need to enjoy the beach including a cool little cart to carry it all in. Definitely a place I would recommend and return to in the future.
