As usual, planes not on time. Alena awaits our arrival with a smile at midnight. Great location. Easy walk to "Old Town", Atwater Market, Centre Bell, the park etc. Nice kitchen. Stores and restaurants around the corner. Would stay here again.

I stayed with my husband at Alena's apartment for a week. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and the kitchen (open plan) had all the necessary utensils and pots and pans which made our cooking hassle-free. The apartment is located a stone's throw from a METRO supermarket and three blocks from the subway station. It is also 5 blocks from the High Street St Catherine where you find innumerable shops. A very important perk is that Alena allowed us to use the parking place so we did not have to park our rented car outside the building.She was also very kind to let us check-out late the departure day ( 4 P.M.) so after lunch we had enough time to pack our things witout any hurry. Thanks Alena and we will definitely return the next time we visit our daughter!

My boyfriend and I had decided to rent out an condo this weekend for the grand prix and we were fortunate to come across Alenas condo. The location of this condo is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro, and a 10-15 minute walk to the posh streets (St.Catherine, Peel and Crescent Street). There is a Metro Grocery shop 2 minute walk away from the condo as well!

When we arrived, Alena had welcomed us with a warm greeting and had provided us with amenities that we never would have thought to have! (ie. tassimo coffee machine AND the coffee mixes!) along with warm towels and other washroom necessities. Her kitchen is fully equipped and clean! It came with bowls, plates, utensils, pots and pans. We enjoyed the living room and even had some time to relax and watch some tv on the comfy cute yellow couch! Alena was also extremely sweet and kind by telling us where are the "to-go" spots during our stay. Make sure you check out her little acquainted binder on the computer table next to the kitchen! There is a huge binder full of recommendations on places, restaurants and other to-know facts that you MUST check out during your stay in Montreal! Sadly my boyfriend and I didn't pay attention to the book and didn't realise there was such a bible until the last hour of our stay!

Overall it was a fabulous stay, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we're in Montreal!

The place was clean and walking distance to the shopping area, and not much traffic in the area so it is nice and peaceful. The condo is very cozy and comfortable and would definitely come back agan and agan :)
