Oceanwalk is a gated community that is located across the street from miles of pristine, vehicle-free beach. The complex offers indoor parking, elevator, 2 clubhouses with full kitchen, dry sauna, 2 work out facilities, 2 hot tubs, bocce ball court, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, 2 resort style heated pools with a water feature, covered pool area, gas grills, walking trails and state of the art theatre room. The complex offers complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and sports equipment. Our condo is located in the newest building on the fourth floor which is directly across from the beach access. The condo is 1750 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We have 2 very private balconies with a great view of the ocean from our master bedroom. Come visit our beautiful home away from home. You will be glad you did.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a granite counter top and a large bar with 4 chairs. The living area offers comfortable seating with a 42 inch flat screen television and the dining area has a large table with seating for 6. The master bedroom includes a flat screen television, a king size bed and sitting area with ottoman. The master bath includes granite double vanities, walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen television with DVD player and a nice closet. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen television with DVD player and a nice closet as well. All 3 bedrooms include a ceiling fan. The second bath includes a granite vanity, bathtub and is easily accessible from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

Awesome condo - Awesome time!

We spent a week in the condo - and had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated with a palm tree theme through out! Our family of 6 slept very comfortably at the condo! It was a nice plus to find beach chairs, a cooler and a carrier for beach toys there for our use!! Our kids also enjoyed the board games on our rainy beach day and even the large Legos (that was a favorite)! Parking in the garage was very nice during those brief showers! The kids also loved taking a bath in the whirlpool tub after busy days at SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center and Aquatica (all within a 1 hour drive). REALLY enjoyed our stay. No complaints! Great stay at a great price!!

VERY COMFORTABLE

We stayed in March. It was my 72 year old aunt, my 57 year old mother, and my 41 year old self. We happened to pick spring break week. You couldn't tell it was spring break in New Smyrna or the Condo. The few spring breakers at the condo I found where very well behaved kids. The condo was beautiful with every thought put into it. Owners went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I travel often, staying at rented condos. I've paid premium amounts on rentals but never had one as clean as this condo. New Smyrna is a small laid back beach area, but is close driving distance to many activities. We happened to be there to get tickets to see space shuttle launch (about 40 min. away). My husband said we should buy a beach house, but I'm the type that wants to go to a different place all the time. This is one area and condo I may want to return to.

A perfect home away from home!

My husband, mother-in-law, friend, and I spent a week at this property. We loved it! The first time we walked through the doors all we could say is ooo..ahh... nice!! The pictures accurately portray the property. The property was clean, neat, and very comfortable. We felt at home. The amenities were also great. We loved the movie theater and the pool!! The neigborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn't find much to do in New Smyrna, however, the condo made up for that because we enjoyed it so much! I would recommend this property to anyone.
