The house is phenomenal!!!

The location is great - the view spectacular!

The house has all the amenities to make you make you feel right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the gadgets and other necessities. The living room upstairs has a large screen TV right in front of the gigantic window looking out toward town and the ski slopes. Everything is super convenient: town is 7 minutes; the grocery and liquor store are 4-5 minutes; the parking lot to the gondola lot is 6 minutes.

And did I mention the jacuzzi on the lower deck that looks out onto the ski mountain?

I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

This house makes a FANTASTIC place to
stay while in Breckenridge. You can
walk to one of the outer gondolas, you
can get to Keystone and Copper in
minutes, and downtown in seconds. The
views are utterly amazing and all of the
appointments are first class. The hosts
provide excellent information on what is
currently happening in the area and make
recommendations that were always on the
money. This will be the only place we
stay (if available) on all of our next
Breckenridge visits!

We had a group of 5 adults and 4 children. We loved it. The pictures don't do the home justice. The views are breathtaking. Very easy access to all the fun...shopping, skiing and we went snowmobiling. Memories created here will never be forgotten!! So much thanks to Kevin and Julie for sharing their home with us. Our Stay at Kevin’s and Julie’s House at Breckenridge was simply a Relaxing and Enjoyable Experience!

Kevin and Julie make you feel as I the house were yours, our experience started when they personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of their cabin giving us all of the small details and even a guide of the town and contact numbers in case of emergency.

As this house is set not just for rent but as their second home, they have it prepared for every little detail that may arise on your stay, everything from a dishwasher, Satellite TV, wireless internet, linens and kitchen wear to toilet paper! The house is very spacious and can lodge a large group (we were 11!) . The décor makes the stay feel right at home, the view from the house at Breckenridge’s ski Peaks it’s just breathtaking- The house even has a hot tub and a grill which gives the excuse to spend more time “at home”. What can we say,.. We had an excellent time on our 7 day stay… If you ever decide to stay there… you’ll be happy that you did!

Second time we've stayed here. Won't stay anywhere else in Breckenridge. Last yr it snowed a week straight and we never got to enjoy the view. This yr we saw the view from the deck on a postcard in town ! The new hot tub was the icing on the cake.

We spent Labor Day weekend at your home with our 13 month old and we loved it! The location is ideal, the open floor plan was perfect for our family and the view made us want to move here. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable and the amenities were a great touch (crib & high chair ! nicely done) we'll be back for some skiing.

I rented this lovely home for 4 days in August 2008 as my daughter was getting married in Breckenridge. The house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds, great kitchen and living room and a fantastic deck for entertaining. The master bedroom and bath was especially nice. The views of the peaks from the living room and deck is jaw-dropping. Not right in the bustle of downtown (which was fine with us) but only 3 minutes away. It was great all the way around for us.

This house is absolutely a step above any other house we've ever rented from VRBO! The layout is perfect for a family or group of friends and the view is amazing. It will be our number one rental choice in Breckenridge from now on! THANKS
