Owner's Response: Always wonderful to host a family who appreciated and enjoyed Savannah. Thank you RW, and i am glad the baby proofing worked out so well.

No suprises, property was clean and well maintained. Location was great for walking in historic district with museums, galleries, and excellent restaurants nearby. We recommend the following restaurants, Firefly Cafe,Savannah Bistro,Pink House and the Grypon Tea Room .
Owner's Response: Wonderful to host all of you. I really appreciate guests like the above, who give wondeful feedback, and even offer some suggestions to make their next stay even more enjoyable.

Great Vacation Rental!

My family stayed here for the New Year's holiday. The condo is beautiful and spotless! Erwin was great, he made a list of the "must" Savannah restaurants. We didn't make the whole list, but Sticky Fingers BBQ is a must for any rib fan's out there. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone and would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and couldn't be happier with our experience. The townhome is impeccably decorated and convenient to everything. We were able to comfortably walk down Bull Street and be at the riverfront in 15 minutes. I'd recommend staying here to anyone who is traveling to Savannah. Wonderful experience.

We (2 Couples) had a great time in Savannah and enjoyed this home very much. The deck was great for hanging out and listening to Jazz Fest. Stefanie (the property manager) was great and was waiting for us when we got there, she was very helpful. Thanks Again!

We went to Savannah for a wedding and decided to make it a girls getaway. The house was a breath of fresh air from everything else - it was nice to stay in a contemporary home in a historic district. The furniture is truly impressive, and the large rooms made us city girls very jealous.

The location is great – I was able to do my morning jog on the park (it is very safe, but get out early to avoid the heat) , and enjoyed coffee on balcony at 8AM.

The street was quiet, there is plenty of parking on street but watch out for street cleaning on Tuesday and Wednesday nights... Thanks Erwin for the warning!

Overall, we had a fabulous time, loved the house, enjoyed the wedding and quaint Savannah. Look forward to returning again.
