The townhome was much more than i expected. With three floors there was much more room than needed. We were two families and we still didnt use the basement with the pullout. The property looks like we were the first who ever used it. Everything is immaculate, in brand new condition, very high quality accessories, fully stocked, etc. The location is superby, you can even more or less ski to the door if you figure out which runs to take, only a few hundred feet of a walk. This is more or less a ski in out accomodation in my view and was so cozy and comfortable. Even nice to have a garage to park your vehicle if it is very cold or snowing alot. Loved our stay and accomodation. Looking forward to staying here again!

The property is very nice and we enjoyed all aspects as far as the installed assets, layout, furniture, etc of the place.

Severe problems with code access to the place and how the company handles that. We got in the first night of our arrival fine. The only lock is the coded lock. We had 2 unexpected entries from service people who let themselves enter with the code and the next renters entered the condo with a code with a large frustrated confrontation at night.

When we entered the condo the bed sheets were missing for the 2 upstairs beds and the clean ones for one bed were thrown on the stairs. We found that there were no bath towels and we did some small cleanup in the kitchen from previous use, though the place was mostly clean. We found linens and towels in a small closet in the garage. Previous use dirty linens in large bags and 2 full trash cans gave the garage a stench, but they were removed by the cleaning person eventually. I'm not sure how I could have parked in the garage.

Really nice amenities down to the silverware, dishes and cookware you can truly use. We found everything we needed even if we had to search a bit. There are no directions for the hot tub or the furnace. These should be posted.

There are a few missing items. A drawer in the upstairs 2nd bedroom is missing. There appears to have been designer bedding for the master bedroom, but is was missing though we were fine with the clean linens/white comforter. There is a Belkin wireless router, but no power supply or spare plug to connect it if there was a power supply. We used the open/unsecure wireless from unit 2 as the Pinnacle wireless for the site requires a password which we did not have.

I would recommend a warning about the steep stairs for older folks will not be able to navigate up the stairs at all. Also, there is no AC in the place so it gets about 85F and above upstairs unless you open windows. Open windows can cause issues with moths and other flying insects. We minimized the opening of windows but had to do so since we would not have been able to use the upper floor with 2 bedrooms. I noted that there were several large carpenter ants inside the property. A doorbell should be installed so service people can have the ability to ring it first prior to just opening the place with a code.

I would stay again if the company can figure out the code access issues. I would give the property a very high rating, but the service a very low rating.

Stayed here with my family in February. We had 10 adults and it accomodated us very nicely. The owner was very friendly and the few issued we did have (door code didnt work at first, missing a few linens) she came and took care of right away! The unit itself is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again!

A great place, right on Big Mtn, yet only 8 mins to downtown Whitefish, quiet & peaceful on the hill. High end amenities throughout the place, everything you could ever need while away from home. Rented here with a family of 4, lots of living space for all, and the entertainment centre is top notch. Kitchen is gourmet quality. Private deck with hot tub for relaxing in the evening.
I will definitely return here again !! Easily recommend to anyone looking for a high end condo.

We woke up looking at the hill from the bed. Awesome new condo. We had 7 of us in this place and it never seemed crowded. Great we'll be back next year.

Amazing condo just outside of Whitefish, close to downtown with great restaurants. Clean and well maintained with high end facilities. We shared with two other couples lots of room to have our own space. Pictures do not do it justice. We will be booking again soon.
