Wish I had've stayed longer...

This property was absolutely immaculate. It had a fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom fittings, comfortable furniture (although the futon bed was a little soft for my tastes - but I do prefer them rock hard, so I'm sure my preference is not typical!), and absolutely wonderful hosts. You could, honestly, not find a lovelier, more obliging owner than Alain, and I appreciated all the help that he offered about the surrounding region and what I could see/do in Sedona. I didn't worry about having a vehicle while I stayed in Sedona - it was nice to take a long walk to see things in town, although you may need to hire a car or join a tour group, like I did, to see the outreaching sites. The area was very peaceful, and I got to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this property over and above any hotel room, and know that everyone that stays here will have a great holiday!

This is a fabulous 1 bedroom rental. Its contemporary interior and exterior along with its location in the central location of Sedona just a short drive off the main 89A make this place an exceptional getaway. You will not find a cooler place to rent at this price. Everything was perfect.
I will surely be staying here next time i pop back into Sedona.

A Sedona Gem!

My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at this beautiful eco-chic apartment. It is exactly as described and even more gorgeous in-person. The condo is immaculate and clean. The kitchen was just right for the two of us and includes a small cook top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and all the essentials.

The outside patio table and chairs was a delight. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside and also winding down with delicious glass of wine at sunset (after a long hike).

I would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed. A few things to note just so you know what to expect...the King bed is a luxury futon, so it is lower to the ground than regular beds. There was a hairdryer available for use; however, there wasn’t an iron or ironing board. It’s laid back in Sedona and you won’t need an iron unless you want to dress up for a special dinner celebration.

I can't wait to go return to Sedona and will definitely look to stay here again. Enjoy!

Great Value in Sedona!

We stayed 10 days in April 2009 and totally enjoyed our private apartment in Sedona's red rocks at Alain & Elisa's beautiful home. Everything in Sedona is a quick ride away. The free Sedona Trolley even travels as far as their street. Hiking paths are all within a few minutes' drive.

We were completely comfortable and appreciated the little touches like spring water provided and a red rocks pass at our disposal.

We chuckled each day as we passed the hotel at the corner, knowing we paid much less than their customers and had much more in the way of comfort and convenience, including a complete kitchen.

We would return in a heartbeat!

Loved the location, beautiful eco-friendly construction and decor. We spent our 30th anniversary there and the town and it's surroundings are breathtaking. Alain and Elisa's recommendations for restaurants, hiking etc were perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment. Just a heads up...there's no oven (that we could find), just in case you plan on baking but you probably won't have time anyway!

Probably the nicest choice a couple could make in the Sedona area! This unit is as described and immaculate. Two miles from Sedona center, secluded, but yet close to everything. We've vacationed in sedona several times, paid certainly more, but never had such quality at such an afforable rate. Five star @ three star rates. A treasure! Owners are helpfull and on site. We hope to return, just don't take our time slot!

This apartment is new, clean and very high quality, as described by the owner. Even though it is ground floor it gets lots of light from the large south facing doors/windows.
An excellent location for exploring the Sedona area.
The owners are very helpful and friendly.
