Enjoyable property

We stayed in this house in Jan 2009. We had a wonderful time in this house it was great! The house is very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone and enough bathroom that no one was waiting just to use the bathroom at any time. We enjoyed the pool area every morning and each evening after a long day at the parks. We decided to return in the Fall! But this time we figure we will do less park hopping maybe two days and the rest of the week enjoy the pool and jacuzzi area. Nice house for all types of getaways especially with children or multi families! This is truely a wonderful house! James and Lisa

This home was exactly what was described and shown on-line. It's location was quiet and convenient to shopping, food and Disney. Everything worked properly and the home was clean. Deposit was returned promptly.

Thank you Sarah, your house was absolutely beautiful & wonderful, accommodations were roomy and comfortable. The pool was so much fun and well maintained by your staff. As listed, your house and furnishings are in brand new condition and the AC works wonderfully. There was ample room for 10 adults and 4 children, the house allows everyone to spread out or get together in the game room or pool patio. I highly recommend your house. The owner and location manager are extremely attentive and were very prompt to answer calls and messages. Again Thank you for all the great service.

Our family reunion in Orlando is fantastic at this beautiful and well maintained villa. The place had everything from towels & linens to measuring cups & cutting board. It is conveniently located close to Disney and other theme parks, it is also very close to grocery store and a super Wal-Mart. It is a home from home, a lovely place to relax at the end of a long day at the parks! I would recommend to anyone going to Disneyworld, who likes private accommodation in a quiet location. The owner was very honest, helpful and very accessible. She answered all my questions in detail and on time; and made the booking process very easy. I will definitely return to this villa in my next Orlando trip.

We stayed at the home before Christmas. We find it to be very clean and well furnished. The nice pool table and large air hockey table in the games room was great for the kids to kill their spare time. We love the big pool, much larger than some of the houses we stayed before, the deck area was also large. We found the directions given by the owner very easy to follow, we also loved the management company. It was quite a surprise to get a personal greeting from the management company, and many of our questions were answered on site right away. It was a very easy drive on I-4 to Disney and other attractions, about 15 min to Disney and 22 min to Sea World.

Overall, we loved this beautiful house and loved the great price offered by the owner for such big space, and we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home. Very spacious, especially for more than one family or a large family. We had 4 families stay together all with children and there was PLENTY of room for us all.

Please note the following: Twin bedrooms do not have a TV in them. This caused a bit of problems for our children who were used to sleeping with a TV on. Also, there was no toliet paper, paper towels, hand soap or dishwasher detergent, so don't forget to bring those items. Listing states the home sleeps 14, yet there is only plates and cups for 12, and seating for 8. If you do go with a large group, bring laundry soap because there is a limited number of towels. There are no pool towels so a large group would run through the towels pretty quick.

Pool had some issues keeping water and cleaning. Pool net had holes in it, so we could not clean it ourselves.

Make sure you print out directions from property owner NOT mapquest, as they will send you the wrong way trying to find the subdivision.

Also, get the property manager's phone and cell numbers from property owner before you leave, as they are no where to be found on the property.

Ignore the big sign on the game room that says to lock the door when not in use, as there is no lock and just a big hole, and that is how it was before you got there, but be careful not to damage anything, as the lamp knob broke off in my dad's hands when he went to turn on the lamp and we are being charged for that. It is one thing to be charged for "out and out" damages and missing items, but normal wear and tear should not be penalized, so make sure you document "odd things" as soon as you arrive and email them immediatley to property owner.

I never saw the fireworks from Disney via the backyard and it isn't 5 minutes from Disney, more like 15-20 minutes which is probably why I didn't see the fireworks. This home is about 30 minutes from Universal.

None the less this home allowed us to stay in a nice, comfortable environment for 1/2 the price of hotel rooms for all of us. I would recommend this property but take my above comments into consideration when packing and staying. Enjoy!!!
