House, 3 Bedrooms + 3-season Detached Unit, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-10)

Beautiful home on all-sport Little Paw Paw Lake. Completely remodeled in 2009. Our home has been thoughtfully decorated with up-to-date furnishings and top-of the line amenities: new, state-of the art stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, W/D, flat screen TV. Our sprawling front and back yards coupled with lakefront and backyard bonfire pits make for the perfect family getaway. Cable television with wireless internet access throughout property. Dine alfresco -- back yard has patio with table/seating for 6+.

Property sleeps 9 comfortably.

Main house has 2 bedrooms.

Master BR has queen bed.

Bedroom #2 has one double and one crib. There is also a twin bed in a sitting area off the living room.

Detached 3-season bunk house is considered 3rd bedroom. Bunk house has brand-new private bathroom (complete with shower) and sleeps an additional 4 people (2 queen beds). Perfect set-up for those that want a little privacy from the main house. Perfect for older kids!

NOTE: Little Paw Paw Lake Road separates our home from our own, private sprawling lakefront/bonfire pit area. All homes on the South Side of the Lake are separated by this road (very light traffic. country road).

Located between South Haven and St. Joseph, Coloma is an adorable town, with much to offer -- charming antique stores, sprawling vineyards, fabulous golf courses, beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets, a quaint movie theater, great restaurants and much, much more.

We're located in the heart of Michigan wine country - great for vineyard hopping with friends. Also a perfect place for blueberry, apple, peach and pumpkin picking through one of the many orchards in the area. Snow skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating and more in the lovely winter months!

Come check out the many antique stores, restaurants, orchards, beaches and vineyards that SW Mich has to offer.

Great house!!!!

Rented in July 2011. We had a wonderful time!!!! House was adorable, clean and comfortable. kitchen is gorgeous -- as is the lake. Kate was honest about the lakefront details with us when we inquired about the house. Note: There's a small street separating the lakefront/bonfire pit from the house, but being from Chicago, this street is FAR from busy. It's a country road, which didnt bother us. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great little country home

My family and I (3 boys, ages 9, 7 and 3) recently stayed at this property for a month. We found the house to be just as described with one exception. It states that it is lakefront but there is actually a road that separates front lawn with the lakefront. The road is quite busy and should be considered if you have young children. The house is cute and updated, however, some of the screens are damaged and do not keep all bugs out which can be a big nuisance when the weather is hot. Coloma is a very charming small town with good choices for family dining and a great (cheap) movie theater. Little paw paw lake is beautiful, quiet, almost private.
