Great place to stay near Mayo Clinic

Stayed here for three weeks this May due to rotation at Mayo clinic. This house has an excellent location, an easy 5 min drive to the clinic, and within 30 minutes to where I wanted to go in Scottsdale (eg Desert botanical garden, Scottsdale fashion mall, Kierland common, Taliesin). The house is spotless, modern, and comfortable. All the amenities. Kitchen was joy to return home to. Oh, and the shower is spa-like with three shower head options (overhead rain shower, tangential usual shower head, and three side spigots)! Pool was warm and is the perfect size. Grocery store Fry's, Pei Wei chinese food, Target, Ross, very closely located. The house is very private, and safe (I was here by myself). Owners are wonderful and friendly and very helpful (Many thanks!!). Everything went without a hitch. Strongly recommend!

We shared this home with two other couples and had a great time. Home is spotless and kitchen very modern. Only negative would be the pool never really heated up dispite temps in the 90F. 68F was about it. Wecould have paid extra to use the pool heater, but decided not to. We didn't use the pool cover and that may have helped. Will defintely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed in this home last year and we're amazed. It was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Not only was the home exceptionally clean and beautiful, but we couldn't have asked for a better location. The views are incredible! Our favorite thing was the view from the spa every evening as we watched the sun set on the Sonoran desert. In addition we found the owners to be extremely helpful, friendly, and organized. We highly recommend this home!

Great home owned by great people. The house is better than the photos. The owner is very helpful. Everything was clean. Great views of the mountains. Fountain hills is a great suburb of Phoenix, only 25 minutes to just about anywhere when you leave the house.

This home exceeded our expectations; it was spotless, had everything we needed and close to some great little bars and restaurants (Claim Jumpers). We also had a great grocery store, Frys and Target chain store if we needed anything about five minutes from the house. There was a Weber gas grill and the pool and hot tub were immaculate. The house was airy and had a great view of the mountains from the kitchen and bedroom and pool! The owner had a manual all prepared for us to work the pool heater and hot tub jets. It was a great stay. We are coming back in the Spring and will definitely stay here again.
Fountain Hills Fabulous & Relaxing Home

My Husband, Jason, and I stayed in this beautiful home in October. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house was immaculate, very clean. All the furniture and fixtures were in great condition. The master bathroom shower was awesome. The giant TV was great for football games and movies.
We loved having our morning coffee relaxing on the front patio overlooking the pool and gorgeous mountain views. We also enjoyed watching all the hummingbirds visiting the several feeders that were around the front patio.
A highlight was the very clean pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed in the evening with champagne. The only problem we had was the hot tub heater stopped working, but after notifying the owner, he had it fixed the same day.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed taking a walk around the area, beautiful views. The location is convenient and an easy drive to all the area has to offer. Numerous restaurants and lots of shopping nearby.
The owners were very easy to deal with and helpful with info on the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in an exceptional area of the U.S.
