Family of four including 18 year old and twenty four year old sons found the cottage layout perfect and was amazed at how much space was packed inside! We found ourselves lost in a time warp as we enjoyed sleeping in to the sounds of the surf and always looking out at that million dollar view. Our week was rare,unseasonally cool with one day reaching mid 70's, the rest in the upper 60s. No complaints as we missed a major snow back in the Midwest and enjoyed the long walks on the beach, shell searching , hot tub,and all of the many other activities including go karts,putt putt golf and terrific near by restaurants. With sad but greatful hearts, we were not ready to leave. We appreciated the R&R, as well as Bill sharing his special paradise on the beach and can see why others keep returning year after year. Our bucket list is a little bigger as we hope to not only return, but to add this area to extended winter stays in our future retirement years!

Great For The Soul!!

Just spent two wonderful weeks on the beach. It is definitely what my body and mind needed.
Owner is a great guy and is there if there are any issues or questions, which you probably won't have!!!
I am a local Floridian who lives about an hour from the beach, but its the first time I've been there in over a decade. No worries with this vacation home. Just bring yourself. Everything is already there for your enjoyment!!

Love this house!

My dad and step-mom have rented this house every summer for the past decade (if not longer), including under the previous owner & I have visited on several occassions - I finally got to stay there on my own.
The location is perfect - right on the non-driving section of the beach which means you don't get the hoards of tourists that over run the "touristy" side of the beach. The location is perfect for families with small children who don't want to have to worry about their kids getting run over (which happens a few times during the summer). The house is just a few miles from the boardwalk, so you can always drive down if you want the tourist experience. It's a mile & a half from Crabby Joe's (a perfect walk for lunch), close to the light house & other dining.
Everything is provided, including TV & gaming systems for the older kids who may not want to hang out on the beach all day.
Without a doubt, the perfect holiday spot.

1st Family Vacation with grandbabies

It was the 1st time our 3 grandbabies had been to the beach and their mother. You could not keep the 3 year old out of the water; he so wanted to ride the waves. The 2 year old stayed comvered in sand and content as could be. As for the 1 year old, Meemaw I don't want to TOUCH the sand or the water, so if you try I will scream. It was great that there were no cars where the house is because the kids could just run run run. They visited Disney and the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine. We visited so old stomping ground spots, have some intown family over. The place was perfect and it felt like our home. We even did a little karoke on the deck. Grabed some great photos, watch for the daily bunny appearance and we saw the baby bunny. Kids didn't want to leave as they called it "Our new beach house". We had a wonderful time; made lots of memories. Plan to return.

Perfect Beach Hideaway w/ Incredible Views

All I can say is WOW. The Atlantic Ocean & beach vistas from this adorable, hideaway are phenomenal. This cottage is exceptionally clean, well appointed and comfortable ... but make no bones about it - the stars of this hideaway are the expansive ocean views. It's almost as if the daily sunrise was a private showing just for us. The large flat screen TVs in each bedroom were also welcome. I hesitated writing a review about this place - we want to keep this secret to ourselves! It's the perfect size in a perfect location. The beach is literally a flight of private stairs away ... how great can it get! The owner was genuinely easy to work with and responsive. Rent with confidence.

Little Pink House in Daytona - Outstanding!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Little Pink House. I think the owner thought of just about everything a vacationer would need when equipping this house. Key examples: good TV's in every room, excellent sound systems in the living room and basement, outdoor hose and shower, plenty of towels and linens, several small coolers, tons of movies, power strips in every bedroom, plenty of hangers in closet, beach chairs and beach toys. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great. The family who lived across the street was very nice and helpful. The owner was very easy to work with. Our entire party had a great time.
Visited several nice establishments while we were there. Our favorite was the First Turn Lounge (5236 South Ridgewood Avenue in Port Orange). We only went to the lounge area outside. The live music was great, the beer was ice cold, the Long Island Ice Teas were very good, and their steamed crab was outstanding!

We're still coming back year after year & we're still loving it. I wouldn't change a thing on my earlier review except to add a bunch of exclamation points for emphasis.
Very responsive and considerate owner. Superb location on a no-drive part of the beach so you're not inundated by tourists and the grand-kids can run and play with no worries of being run over. Some days it's like having a private beach all to yourself. BUT you're only a few miles south of all the tourist action and the Central Florida theme parks are within easy driving distance.
Perfect for older couples, younger couples, families with children or a girls' getaway.

WOW!!! We Will Be Back!!

We stayed here in October and cannot say enough about what a wonderful place this is, just as described, with a view beyond words. Also, the owner has it packed with all your needs for cooking and keeping busy if you should want to stay in or experience a rainy day while there. There is information provided regarding things to do and recommendations of where to eat, also wonderful!! Thanks, we ate at the North Turn, per recommendation, 3 times. Owner is easy to contact if need to and great to deal with, it was a great experience. Loved our stay in this BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, ALL YOU NEED PROPERTY, so much that we are planning on returning very soon!!

We stayed here in feb 2009 we had a wonderful experience. The view of the ocean was incredible. we hope to be back again.
