Thank you Jeff for sharing your house. We had a great time. House was very roomy and we loved the peace and quiet. We did some fishing and with the great weather for that time of year, we enjoyed the lake. So nice being close to town and shopping. Also great with the pizza place across the channel.
Would really recommend this house.

Just needed to get away from the real world for a few days. Needed someplace close but that felt like another world....This was exactly it! My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was so quiet, it felt like it was just us. We will be back, even if just for a night. We have been telling our friends about this place and we want to give a weekend here to our parents for anniversary present or just a quick get away for them...

We had a pleasant stay in this property. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jeff and the home was well maintained and clean. The pictures are very accurate. The house is roomy which worked great for us, as we had our children and grand baby with us. Many of these rentals do not have relaxing sitting areas, but that was not the case here. Everyone had their share of naps! We also enjoyed eating at the Bleu Monkey, they had great variety and prices were good and you must try Nom Noms for ice cream. I would recommend this property to my friends.

We recntly spent Labor Day weekend at this property. I must say, I was very satisfied. The house was very clean and the even though I did not do a lot of cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked. It had all the comforts of home. I'm not sure who enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese more...me or the kids. We brought our boat, so the boat dock was an added bonus. The kids enjoyed cannon-balling off of the pier and swimming. The ladder on the pier made easy access back onto it. I must also recommend Sam's restaurant that is right across the cove. We had a great time. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. I hope to come back soon.

We looked at multiple properties on Lake Hamilton and decided on this one based on the great reviews. I am happy to report that we shared the same positive experience as those before us. The house is located away from the main channel though still very close to everything including a restaurant right across the bay. The house was very clean and the property was kept up nicely.
The boat dock/swim dock was a great benefit. We were able to keep our boat in a covered slip and the water was plenty deep enough to dive off the swim dock. It's also deep enough to lose keys in. We stopped for a quick bite to eat and when leaving the boat, I dropped the house keys on the dock and down they went. Unfortunately, we were unable to get to the bottom to find them and I had to call Jeff for help. He immediately made contact with his wife, who was in the area, and she ran over another set of keys in minutes. Things happen and it's nice to know that someone is available in the area instead of having to wait on some service to come out.
Our experience was excellent and we would recommend this property or any property owned by them!

great location on a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. The lake house was clean and spacious. We will stay here again on future trips to Hot Springs if it's available. The owner of the place was really nice and easy to work with. Sam's Pizza right across the cove was VERY good.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The house is bigger than the pictures show. The view of the lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed feeding the ducks. The squirrels in the morning would come up to the window and peep in. I would highly recommend this place to others and plan on making a trip back soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The lake house is located in a quiet neighborhood off the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Location is wonderful. House very roomy and comfortable. Jeff is wonderful to work with. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Hope to get to come back to Hot Springs again and we would definately recommend this property.
