This charming ocean view home is only 70 yards to a warm, deeded beach on Nantucket Sound. This vacation home has central air conditioning, a modern eat-in kitchen with sliders leading to an enclosed porch with a beautiful ocean view.

Enjoy a large, beautifully landscaped, grassy yard with flowers galore. Our hydrangeas are some off the prettiest on the Cape. There is lawn furniture including a spacious table with six chairs, and one lounge chair for reading, relaxing, sunning, or simply enjoying the gentle, warm ocean breezes. Additional amenities include high speed wireless internet service as well as a 37 inch high definition flat screen tv. Also, an enclosed outdoor shower and a gas barbecue grill for your summertime meals on the Cape!

The large basement offers a washer and dryer for your convenience, and plenty of room for your bikes and other vacation gear.

When you want to explore, you're only minutes away from the Cape's best beaches, a variety of great restaurants, golfing, tennis, shops, and the National Seashore. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon nap in a comfortable hammock with an ocean view! Take your family on their bikes or walk a short distance to the many local restaurants,hot dog stands and ice cream shops located nearby. Don't forget a family bike trip on the Cape Cod bike trail located on Rte 134 about 2 to 3 miles from our house.

I see my 8 yr old already added her feelings to the next page! She has been eager to thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Having grown up in New England I know the wonders of the Cape. We now live in the middle of our wonderful country and I wanted my childern to see this special place. Watching The Seals

A week full of adventures on the sand and Sawn river. We had a pleasant surprize of watching the seals at Chatham Beach.
The antique shops were enjoyed by my three childern as well. We were able to find some treasures for all.
Your house is so welcoming. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful + restful place

Hurrican Ivan ushered us in + Jeanne gave us 2 rainy days, but September in Cape Cod is heaven! Your house was lovely + we couldn't have asked for another thing. ( I have never had such a well stocked kitchen on the Cape Cod - no creative "pot + dish usage was needed!
