Brand new luxury condominium located on the south end of the exclusive Playa Flamingo. The Palms at Playa Flamingo is the ONLY condominium complex on Flamingo Beach. This complex has just undergone a three year complete makeover that has made it the arguably the most prestigious non-resort condominium complex in all of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The Palms Condo Complex was recently awarded the best condo complex in Costa rica.
This condo has beachfront views throughout the condo and is less than fifty steps to the white sand beach. Enjoy the sound of crashing surf and and the Howler monkeys inside this upscale, brand new condo.
The Palms has twenty four hour guard, gated privacy and two pools with a creek connecting them. There is a small frig and bar in the master bedroom and also a drink frig in the kitchen to go with the regular side by side frig. The master bedroom and the living room both have flat screen wall mount TVs. This is definitely luxury all around.

Beautiful Place & Location
Beautiful Place & LocationIt only rained a few times (at night and briefly in the a.m.) never disturbing our vacation even though the "green season" was suppose to have begun. We were able to make meals if we wished becaused the local store was nearby and the kitchen was fully equipped.
All in all, it was the exact vacation we were hoping for and weren't disappointed in the least! We HIGHLY recommend this property without any hesitation at all. As far as activities outside the property, they are very close by - about 10 minutes away if you go to Brasilito or closer if you stay in the Playa Flamingo area.
We hope to go back next year!
