The villa with the special ambiance!

Relax in a fantastically beautiful villa that offers all imaginable comfort. It is situated in the peaceful and quiet area of ??Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The generous plot is located on a romantic waterway, surrounded by lush palm trees and flowering shrubs.

The villa has a large pool area with plenty of room for sitting and lying and of course with an XXL Grill for an evening barbecue.

The whole pool area is naturally protected by a screen, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a drink undisturbed.

Cook like the professionals! The kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled. Equipped with all comfort and space for creative cooks.

A tastefully decorated dining room, a cozy living room and a TV room offer plenty of space for everyone. As a retreat to read, talk, or in the relaxing chair with extendable footrest, an exciting movie on the large high-definition flat screen TV to enjoy.

2 well furnished bedrooms, offer the opportunity to relax after a sunny day at the beach. Each bedroom has its own TV. The walk-in dressing provide enough space for the clothes of the 'lady' and 'gentleman'.

The very exclusively furnished master bath with large tub and walk in shower guarantees feel happy.

The large vanity area with beautiful white bathroom furniture offers plenty of space for all Accecoires.

The guest bathroom is a nice walk-in shower area and large vanity with lots of storage space.

For all that have to do on vacation sometimes some business: a separate office offers everything for that purpose.

Promised: you can feel the 'little difference' when we as the first guests Times may welcome!

Last but not least: The villa is a little gem, perfect for 2-4 guests.

Nearby are beautiful beaches such as Englewood Beach, Gasperilla Iceland, Manasota Key. All are within a 10-15 minute drive. Likewise, countless golf courses are just minutes away from the villa. A holiday dreams come true.

A wonderful home very comfortable for a couple, with occasional visitors. Five minute drive to the beach, five minute drive to the ball games. Wonderful helpful neighborhood.

Nach einem unmöglich langen Flug (unser Flug wurde gecanceled, umgebucht und und und) waren wir so froh, als wir beim Haus angekommen sind.
Wir freuten uns auf das Bett, welches unheimlich bequem war und hatten bereits eine erste erholsame Nacht, genau das was wir brauchten, nach einem solchen Flug!
Die weiteren Nächte waren genau so bequem und der Pool eine gelungene Abkühlung von Zeit zu Zeit :)
Wir fühlten uns gleich von Anfang an wie zu Hause und waren sehr traurig als wir wieder nach Hause fliegen mussten. Wir werden das Haus vermissen.

Wir können diese Villa nur zu gut weiter empfehlen. Auch wenn wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend fliegen, würden wir nur zu gerne wieder in dieser Villa Gast sein.

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei allfälligen Fragen sofort Antwort gegeben. Vor Ort hatten wir eine super tolle Betreuerin, die uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Sie spricht sogar deutsch :)
