good stay for my snowboarding family

We brought my 3 boys and my mother in law with us (our infant slept with an adult). The overall stay was nice and cozy, the hot tub was great after boarding. Being close to the slopes was a plus! I do hope the mattresses are changed soon as this was the only very uncomfortable part of our stay. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as well as the queen bedroom mattress, a very hard nights sleep. BUT everything else was worth it!

We had a great time staying at the condo. The garage was very handy as it snowed all day and we didn't have to worry about scraping the windshields each day. The condo itself was perfect for our stay with ample room and amenities. I would give it a 5 star except for the heaters in the condo, it was quite hard to regulate the temperature in the condo. we often woke up in the middle of the night either too hot or cold to adjust the wall heaters. The location was great and we could get to the slopes quickly. the 4 ski passes that were included in the package saved us $200 each day we snowboarded.

Those are brand new heaters and thermostats, so they might need to be adjusted slightly. I guarantee next time you come back they should be perfect for you. great condo in Brian Head

This was our first trip to Brian Head, UT & we had a great time. The condo was very clean & comfortable & had plenty of space for a family of four. The owner was very helpful in giving us recommendations in the area. The unit comes with four ski passes, which was a nice addition. The unit also has a Wii which the kids (& hubby) enjoyed. The game room & jacuzzi were great at the end of a cold day on the slopes. We were there the week before Christmas 2012 from Mon-Thurs & were amazed at how uncrowded Brian Head was. No lines for ski rentals, no lift lines, and a few nights we had the jacuzzi & game room in the condo all to ourselves. Giant Steps is a five minute easy walk, even with kids & gear in tow. We went to Navajo a couple days as our kids are beginner skiers & that was only a 5 min drive from the condo and parking was not a problem. Brian Head doesn't have a huge "nightlife" scene & not a ton of restaurants to choose from, but it was fine. We ordered pizza one night, ate out one night & cooked in the condo the rest of the time.
We even added an unplanned extra night to our trip & went to Bryce Canyon National Park afterwards, which was beautiful in the snow... took us about 90 min or so to get there. Also very uncrowded as it wasn't their peak tourist season.
Overall, a great condo & a great ski trip... and a very different ski experience compared to crowded California slopes!

Superb Condo!

This property had everything - it's position right on the ski slope was wonderful and having ski passes included with the rental was a fantastic bonus. The condo itself was very clean and exceptionally well equipped, including lots of little added extras such as soap, tissues etc. Plenty of space in the condo, and having two bathrooms was great. We would definitely recommend this rental. Our daughters enjoyed the games room available to guests and although we did not use the jacuzzi or laundry, both looked in good condition.

Came up to BH for opening weekend and really lucked out with this place. Has everything you'd need for a relaxing time,but best of all were the four ski passes we used. Also, being able to park in the covered garage and ski in and out to/from the condo was a godsend. I can't stand digging my car out from snow, or having to drive if I don't have to. I will be staying here again for sure. Thanks again!

Really nice, clean and updated condominium

We stayed at this condominium for New Year's week with our 10 and 12 year old children. The condo was recently updated and very clean and spacious. We saw in several of the units of this complex and this was by far the nicest that we saw. The location is spectacular - we could ski in/out (up a small hill) to the Giant Steps (main lift). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of excess bedding. There is plenty of covered parking, which was helpful given the 24 inch snowfall while we were there! The owner was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: We firmly believe we offer a great value to our guests based upon similar condo's in the area and our rental rates are lower then most other condos that have not been updated to current standards. Our location is second to none and we offer a very comfortable and clean condo that you will enjoy once you walk in the door from a day of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing or exploring SW Utah. We are constantly updating our condo to make sure our guests have everything they would need, want, and enjoy while utilizing our vacation home. We take all comments seriously...good and bad....and will do all we can to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable.
