Fantastic Property!!

Stayed here for two nights in October. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better location - across the street from the beach and less than one block from all the South Beach nightlife action. Incredible, huge, private balcony. Gorgeous, large rooms. Rooftop pool. And owner was great to deal with. Book it!

My friends and I stayed in this condo apartment in September 2009, the apartment we stayed in was amazing with our own private balcony and all mod cons, gym and swimming pool.

The apartment is ideally situated on Ocean Drive, 1 min walk to Miami beach and at the center of Miami beach night life and restaurants.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Miami.

My girlfriends and I rented 2 units in this buildng for a bachelorette party in July/August 2009. This unit is exactly as pictured here. Pictures do not do it justice, actually! The terrace was a definite highlight, as was the rooftop pool. The location is amazing - close to everything. And the beds -- oh so comfortable!!

The owner was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. Same goes for the hotel staff (for picking up keys etc.). Would totally recommend this property and am planning to stay there on my return trip to South Beach!

Recently a few friends and I met in Miami for a weekend in the sun. After reviewing several options for hotels we decided the best bang for our buck was to look at rental condo's and this one was clearly the best option. The condo is located right next to the beach and directly next to many of SoBe's restaurants and bars. Even better, there is a CVS pharmacy a few blocks away along with a liquor store - meaning we didn't have to pack extra items like beach towels, cooler, etc.

As for the condo itself - it was immaculate, modern contemporary and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the condo was as well.

I would highly recommend this to anyone considering alternatives due to the price/value of this property.

I stayed at this condo with five of my friends for a bacheloorette weekend and it was the perfect place! Location couldn't be any better. The condo is close to all the hotspots but just enough distance from the action to have some privacy and quiet time when you need it. The condo is spacious and luxurious and has all the amenities one would need. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to South Beach.

Stayed her for a trip to Miami Beach early May.

The location is great; only a stones throw to the beach and at the edge of all the action. In the SoFi area (nicer area of South Beach) close to lots of nice reataurants.

Good quiet and clean building. Only 13 units so its not very busy with a nice pool and lounge area on the roof (with a good view too).

Awesome private patio attached to the unit. The apartment is clean and nice with lots of windows and everything you need.

The owner was very accomodating and easy to deal with.

Highly reccomend this place to stay. Walk to everything and if driving very easy to get to.

I stayed in this condo with 5 of my girlfriends for my bachelorette party in April of '09. We arrived on Thursday night and were so excited that the condo was exactly as pictured! We picked up our keys at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful!

The condo was perfect for us girls! The porch was awesome and we spent a lot of time out there. The rooms were spacious, as well as the bathrooms, which was nice when it was time to get ready. There was just so much space! The location was the best part! We were able to walk almost everywhere we went and the cab rides were never more than $10. The beach is right across the street which was very convenient.

There is a deli right below the condo (Fresh on Fifth) and we ate there almost everyday! It was a great place to grab a sandwich before we hit the beach. Great restaurants, bars, drugstores, liquor stores and anything else we needed was right around the corner.

The next time I go to Miami, I will definitely stay there again! Thanks, Reza!

It went with 4 of my closest friends for 4 glorious nights in South Beach. The place slept 5 of us comfortably with the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed. The property could not have been more perfect. The location is superb---on ocean drive, 3 minute walk to the beach, and just on the edge of all the action, allowing you to be there in one minute, but avoid the noise at night. We had a lovely breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning. In fact, the outdoor space was terrific--we also enjoyed the views from the roof top deck...great to view the sunset. The property was clean and well equiped and the landlord was very helpful and responsive to our needs. If I go back to South Beach, I would definitely stay here again.
