My family traveled from NY and PA and we all enjoyed our stay in Sarah's very comfortable cape cod cottage. It is very much as stated in the description and pictures and is very, very comfortable. We have been renting for years on the cape and this rental felt just like being in someone's home and not just rental property. It is very well kept and decorated well. Location is great, beaches very nice and area is very nice and not too busy, restaurants, veggie stands and ice cream within walking distance. It is always a great get-away to cape cod and this cottage made it even more memorable and relaxing, especially in the evenings when we just wanted to chill and watch some TV. All in all fantastic and thanks again to Sarah. Highly recommended.

My husband and three kids (ages 7, 5 and 3) rented this house for one week this August. Having several young children often makes finding the right vacation house difficult. This is absolutely the BEST house for a young family. There is plenty of space for everyone and the house is immaculate (the large bathroom was a pleasant surprise!). Another great feature is the completely fenced in back yard. The kids could go out and run around without worry - I could actually RELAX! The beach is just down the street - such a great location. No packing up the car or bringing tons of food - we just walked home for lunch and went back to the beach later. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We hope to come back again!

This is truly a place to stay it is a beautiful well maintained cottage. Yes the pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Sarah didn't gloss up the pictures or the description, she is an "ole" New Englander and tells and shows it like it is. When you are there are so many homey thoughtful amenities. I have rented cottages off and on for the past 25 years at the Cape and this is a lovely cottage. It is as if you were living in someone's home, not a summer rental. You need not bring a thing with you, it is totally furnished & supplied just read the amenities included. This is the first year we rented here but we will definitely come back.

We had a great vacation. The house was beautiful and so close to the beach! It was so nice to be able walk my baby and toddler back to the house for a nap without packing up the car. We had nice weather most of the week and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the much needed getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, it was clean, cozy and perfect. The weather was great and our 5 year old son had the time of his life. I cannot find one complaint about the place, everything was as described. The pictures do not do the place justice, its fantastic. We have 5 month old twin boys also and it was so easy because the cottage was just like home. We hope to come back next year.

This is a wonderful house for a family. My folks were visiting from Ireland. We had 3 children with us and they had a wonderful time. Very close to beach and lots of amusements to keep them happy. We particularly liked having the back garden though, somewhere safe for them to play and wonderful for bbq in the evenings. Nice quiet road with no speeding traffic. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice not to have to bring a lot of extras from the city. I did avail of the linen service too as my family were travelling into the US and I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this cottage last May and decided to come back again to decompress from city life. I was happy to find the place was in the same great shape as last year. Neat as a pin and everything in order. I like to eat in most nights, so the owner was insightful in suggesting a terrific fisher monger and a gourmet food and wine market that were less than a 10 minute drive. I did treat myself out one night and savored a stiff martini down the block at The Ocean House though. I brought my bicycle this time so that I could ride the bike trail. I walked the beach in morning with my tea. What a treat. I like the quieter time of year. It wasnt quite as warm as my last visit, but you can't control that! I will definitely be back.

Our stay at this house was great. When we walked into the house, we were thrilled. Although we stayed at the end of October, it was the perfect, pleasant girls weekend get-a-away. We didn't plan to do much but watch movies, but we checked out the beach and it was literally yards away. The beach was very nice and secluded. The restaurant we ate at was in walking distance, very nice, and the people were cordial & friendly. Shopping was not too far away as we browsed and found some nice cape cod specials going on.

The owner was very accommodating to our needs and allowed us to come earlier if the property was not booked prior. It was a great get-away weekend and because we like it so much, we used our security deposit as the deposit for next year.

I would sincerely recommend this property, it is a very nice, clean, place and you will not be dissappointed.
