The best holiday can be experienced in our 265 m2 (2800 sf) Villa Suntastic. The villa is located on the direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all necessary household devices and is integrated into the living room, as is typical for America.
The dining room offers enough space for comfortable get-togethers.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, we offer two mastersuites and two juniosuites, a halfbath and Poolshower. All Bedrooms have KING size.
In the family room, a 47' flat screen TV provides for entertainment.
The stunning pool with an integrated bar and jacuzzi will excite you.

wir sind wieder zu Hause eingetroffen und möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bedanken. Die eine Woche in Ihrem Haus war einfach zu kurz, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und der Poolbereich einfach super. Vielen Dank!

Suntastic ist aber auch wirklich alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool mit seiner West-Ausrichtung ist der Hammer. Den ganzen Tag Sonne pur. Ganz besonders finden wir auch die En-Suite Bäder und das zweite Masterbedroom. So musste keiner einen Kompromiss eingehen. Jeder hatte eine super Suite. Man spürt es, dass es den Vermietern wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste hier wohlfühlen sollen. Wir können das Haus bedingungslos an Familien mit Kindern oder auch Paaren weiterempfehlen. Top-Zustand und alles vom feinsten. Und die Betreuung durch den Verwalter während unseres Aufenthaltes, war wirklich sensationell. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Bis zum nächsten mal.
