This house was nicer than our own and had better mattresses! The owner and management company were great to work with, so accommodating and helpful. It was everything they said it would be and more: Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, laundry and dish soap, plus all the great extras, like PS3 and the game room. It was so close to Disney World and no traffic! We loved coming back to this beautiful space after a long day in the parks. It was so nice to take a swim before bed or put our feet up and watch the big screen TV. And those Tempur-Pedic mattresses! Ahhhh. Sometimes I hated to get out of bed. The whole family loved this place and we hope to go back someday. Thanks!

We loved this house! Its very nice to have with children. The convenience of having the pool right out back was very nice. Who wants to stay in a hotel and swim in a packed pool when you can relax with your family. The house was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this house to anyone. My girls love the Dalmatian room! There was also so many things to do just 5 mins from this house in either direction. The neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing. Its also such a plus to have the ADT security system. I know anyone who rents this home will have a great of a time as us!

Comme d'habitude, la villa "Dalmatiens" de Victor est le point de chute parfait pour ceux qui veulent être à deux pas des parcs d'attractions d'Orlando (Universal, Seaworld ou Disney) ou même visiter la Floride, grâce à la situation centrale d'Orlando (Kissimee plus précisément).
La villa est grande (4 chambres dont une avec un très grand lit) et le garage aménagé en salle de jeux offre : billard, ping pong, et hockey sur table. La piscine est de bonne taille et l'eau est à plus de 30°, idéal pour les frileux...tout comme le jacuzzi.
Nombreux commerces à proximité et magasins d'usine pour le shopping.
Bref une villa à recommander !

A great Vacation Home near Disney!

This house exceeded our expectations! First rental vacation home, and definitely plan on going back to THIS ONE!
The owner was friendly and great to deal with. The payment process was easy and refund was also quick and easy.
The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and kitchen items. And all the disney touches throughout the whole house, were very magical!! Had all the amenities we needed and more! The gameroom, playstation 3, tv in every room, and the pool kept our kids more than entertained when we weren't at the theme parks. There were 4 adults and 4 kids that stayed here and we had more than enough room. The dining table fit all of 8 of us comfortably. It was WONDERFUL to come back to this 'home' after long days at the parks. Only about a 15min drive to Disney Parks and not much traffic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

An amazing holiday in a wonderful villa!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday of a lifetime in Florida. The Dalmation Villa was in a great, safe area only 10/15 minutes from all the Disney fun. The villa was well presented, clean and welcoming with everything a family could want. The pool was fantastic after a long day at the theme parks and the play room created a lot of family fun. It's really nice to stay sleep in such wonderfully comfortable beds too.
All communication with Victor was prompt, highly efficient and friendly.
I would definitely highly recommend this property and I am sure we will be returning for another stay.

Perfect Familiy Vacation

This beautiful vacation home has everything you need for your family vacation. Our family loved this villa. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The property owner is very hands on and easy to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his properties and we will be back. After a long journey from Massachusetts we were thrilled to arrive to a exceptionally clean vacation home with everything from laundry detergent to fluffy white towels. The villa was closer to the parks than we anticipated and the commute was easy The pool and spa were great and made the perfect ending to a long day at the parks. Next time we will make sure to stay longer so we have more time to enjoy the villa! Thank you Victor for being so wonderful. I will recommend your vacation homes to my family and friends. We look forward to coming back.

Home Away From Home

This is the second time we've stayed in this house, and this year we stayed for 2 weeks. It's a great house that the kids love (kids ages 8 and 6). They love the game room, the pool with the pool toys that were provided (a beach ball, mats). There were plenty of towels and sheets, beds were very comfortable, and it has a well stocked kitchen - almost everything is provided. We really like the outdoor grill and dining table as it comes in handy when the kids are swimming and dinner can be served outside.
It's also convenient and very close to Disney. The house is also very near a grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and many other little shops - very convenient.
We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely go back again!

Made the vacation PERFECT - we will return!

It was a last minute decision and I am so glad we found this home. We felt welcome from the first second (Two families met on this vacation and our plans at a hotel were mis-booked. It was a lucky break). The home was CLEAN and the rooms were CHARMING and FUN. Just like the photos. I had rented a home before - at a higher rate. This place was better. I loved the pool and having more privacy on the patio. We had a Bar BQ and stayed in alot more than we would have. EVERYTHING we needed was supplied. TOWELS, and KITCHEN ITEMS. TV's in each room. I just enjoyed the house. Especially the POOL and BUBBLIING SPA - after a long days at the parks (DISNEY is right up the street) it was nice to send the kids to bed and relax with my sister and the men played cards. I enjoyed every minute. Thank you and next time I will look to book here first.

Our family of three stayed at Victor's beautiful house during our Disney vacation. The house was perfect for us. The pool is exactly as expected, private and warm. One of my favorite memories was the family running straight to the backyard after our water park trip snd jumping straight in the pool! There was a nice surprise in the garage... A huge game room that we all really enjoyed. The house was delightfully decorated, especially the character bedrooms. Our daughter couldn't decide the one she liked the most.. So she took turns sleeping in both. The location was good, about a 20 minute drive to Disney and very close to Publix, CVS, and fast food. Would highly recommend.

Magical Time

We stayed 6 days in this home and we had a great time, we had everything we needed and everything was clean and ready for us. It was 2 miles from a Publix (Grocery Store) so anything we needed was very close, along with a McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and a CVS. Extremly close to the I-4 and 15-20 minutes from Disney, Outlet Shopping, Universal and local attractions. The pool was heated like we had asked for and the beds were so comfy that I am tempted to buy a tempur-pedic bed for home now. Thanks Victor for all your help you made our family vacation that much better.
