Perfect Family Getaway!

Our large group just returned home from Orlando, this house was everything we needed. The house worked well for a group with the 4 master bedrooms, everybody had their own space to retreat to when desired.

There was much thought put into furnishing this house, the TV's are all large and top of the line. All of the furniture was extremely nice and comfortable. The beds were awesome, didn't miss my own at all.

Our kids loved the game room with the pool table, after a long day at the parks, they went out there to play and we didn't even know they were around.

We used the outdoor grill almost every night. The kitchen was fully stocked, more than I've ever found in a rental- blender, mixer, electric griddle, toaster, awesome coffee maker- all of these items were used and came in handy.

I really can't say enough nice things about this house, I would highly recommend it. More than once on our we said how the owners didn't spare expenses when equipping the house. It is really top of the line.

On top of all of that, the owner has been great to work with, he always answered my emails right away, was concerned about our comfort, called after we arrived to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and even sent an email after we got home making sure everything was good with our stay.

We recently stayed at this property, and had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was quiet, and secure. The home was furnished lovely, and provided ample room for our large family. We enjoyed the pool daily, as well as the game room. Would love to stay here again. Owners were wonderful as well.

This is a fantastic home away from home. Our family had a great time staying at your home. This is one of the best homes we have stayed at. My kids would really like to trade homes with you. This house had it all! Everything you could imagine in a vacation home and more. I rented this house in May for my daughter's birthday trip and let me tell you how fabulous and accommodating this house was. We really enjoyed our time there. The bedrooms are huge and the master bathroom was also spacious. The house was very clean.The plasma TV's in each room was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and we barbecued on the patio. We really felt as though we were at home. I would definitely be coming back.

This was our 8th year renting a house in Florida and this was by far the best house & resort community. The owner "Roger" called to check up to make sure everything was well and if we needed anything. Resort has alot to offer at the clubhouse. Very good property for anyone with a large family.

My family and I truly enjoyed the vacation home. It was very clean and spacious for the ten of us. Upon entering the sub it is a gated community so we felt very safe. When we entered the home we all were so excited and had our choice of 5 king master suites. What a blessing for everybody to have a private bedroom especially when we had 4 couples. The home was well decorated and the pool and hot tub area was a dream. If we were not off at the parks we enjoyed the pool and especially loved using the grill. The management company was excellent and very helpful and prompt to answering any questions that we had. The home had several take out menus and tourist phamplets. My family and I will rent the property during future visits to the disney area. We liked that it was close to all of the parks but not in a congested area. Again, what a great comfortable house and memories that will last a life time.

The owner is very courteous and always returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. Their home is a nice place in a nice family-oriented neighborhood.

Our group consisted of a "mature" adult only group! No children this time (and this place woul adequately accomodate children also).

There was plenty of group space for the adults in our party. We especially enjoyed the pool area with the built in electric grill. The weather was nice and we stayed outside until nearly 10 or 11pm each evening!

When we did (finally) retire indoors, it was equally nice having ensuite toilet/bath areas in the bed rooms. Yes, the ensuite bath areas INSIDE the rooms with the large beds and large TVs were also a winner for our group!

We never did get internet access on our laptop computers with the code provided while at the property. So, we drove to the club house each day to use the wireless access available at that location.

We have told others about this property already (and gave them your information).

Did we mention the oh-so-convenient grill and ensuite bath areas in the bedrooms?
