Neighbourhood around the Boxhagener Platz with a lot of restaurants, bars

The 75 m2 large apartment has a large bedroom facing the peaceful and well-kept inner courtyard, a large living room with design sofa, Loewe art TV, Wlan and complete equipment, along with kitchen and bathroom.

The beautiful, old apartment in the middle of the lively region around the 'Boxhagener Platz' owes it charm to the Wilhelminian style elements: restored stucco ceilings, beautiful wood floors, old double frame windows and old doors. A bedroom with sultan double bed, bunk bed, antique closet and reading sofa facing the peaceful and beautiful inner courtyard. The large living room with a 3 person sofa (can be changed into a bed), IKEA wall cabinet, TV Loewe art design (cable TV), Playstation 3, films, music CDs, toys Playmobil, pirate ship. There is WLAN, telephone, plug-in and play speakers for your iphone or MP3. Well-equipped kitchen with stove, cooking utensils, coffee machine and dining table for 6 people, new bathroom with bathtub, WT and WC. Decoration: Artist from F'Hain.

You will live in the Kiez around the Boxhagener Platz with a colourful mix of restaurants, bars and clubs. For the required things of everyday life, there is a Rewe and Aldi supermarket on the Revaler Straße, the gourmet shop Proviant in the neighbouring house and the bio-store LPG in the Krossener Straße. On Saturday, you can get fresh groceries from the large weekly market on the 'Boxi'. Every Sunday, a colourful flea market invites you to walk around. Shopping friends will love the shops on the Wühlischstraße with a lot of small labels and fashion designers (Prachtmädchen, Stiefelknecht, etc.).

Fabulous experience

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Kaufbar Apartments and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spectacularly clean and comfortable. The bed was great, kitchen equipped with a coffee machine a few things for cooking if you'd like. The apartment is bright and beautiful with lots of natural light. Our room was on the third floor, no elevator, but we're happy to climb stairs, so that wasn't a problem. The bathroom is nice, lots of hot water. And the best part about it is the neighborhood! Endless amazing restaurants, a short walk to the Berlin Wall, great environment, parks, markets....overall fabulous experience! Also, Kaufbar across the street is beautiful and has delicious coffee and food!

Amazing aparment

The appartment was amazing, really really really comfy, even for 6 person, when my friends and I arrived the place was really clean and everything was ready. The owner kindly replied to all of my questions pretty promptly whenever i had a question before renting the flat and he is really nice. Overall a great experience and i recommend this appartment !
