A + Experience Wonderful Place

We really enjoyed our time at your beautifully decorated townhome. From the moment our family walked in the door, we felt so welcomed and at home! Everything we needed was at hand. The decor was much more beautiful than the pictures could ever show!

It was so nice to be so close to the Clubhouse, only a short 3 minute walk. Also, we enjoyed walking to and spending some time at the beautiful park, which is only seconds away.

It was also nice having our own private pool we sat there every morning and evening and it definitely was very relaxing after visiting the parks in the day.

Thanks so much for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again the VIP passes the owner supplied us were a plus for us, along with all the other discounts the owners supplied .

My family stayed in this beautiful townhouse in Sept we never been to Disney before ,the owner was a pleasure to deal with he walked us through every step and made this our best vacation ever, the house is spotless everything was just perfect the resort is beautiful and so close to the parks , my kids are asking when were gonna come back, if you are new to Disney or an expert the discounts and coupons the owners have are great along with the VIP passes they give you i felt like a celebrity going to the front of the line for many rides ,i give this place 5 stars all the way the owner even called when we got home to make sure everything was ok the owners really showed that they care about everything we will for sure be returning very soon and will be staying here again thanks again Joe and Judy for making our vacation perfect .

First, I have to say that Windsor Hills is the perfect place to stay if your visit is focused on Walt Disney World. Highway 192 (W Irlo Bronson) can be congested at times, so you want to be as close to the WDW entrance as possible, and Windsor Hills wins! It is close enough that you can zip back to the townhome for a mid-day nap and a dip in the pool without blowing the whole day sitting in traffic on 192. The well-manicured grounds of the resort create an atmosphere which is decidedly "upscale", yet laid back.

Second, the property manager for this townhome (Joe) is very friendly and attentive. He gets the highest possible rating for customer service. I contacted him via email several times before our stay, and got immediate, positive responses. The book of directions to shopping, VIP passes , restaurant coupons , etc. is a really nice touch.

Third, this townhome is in like-new condition, and is kept very very clean. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortably-sized all of our luggage fit in the walk-in closets. All 3 bathrooms are quite roomy. The kitchen is large along with the living/dining area .
The clubhouse/pool complex is within walking distance from the townhome.Having a private, reserved parking space right outside the front door is a really nice feature, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the private splash pool on the back patio the kids didnt want to get out.
In conclusion, this is a really nice townhome, and I highly recommend staying here we will be back for sure.

We had a great time! The townhouse was very clean and spacious. It was a joy to pack light in clothing knowing there would be a washer and dryer. The stores are so close by and very convenient. We enjoyed the privacy of our own pool . The estate pool was not only huge but very relaxing and not over crowded. My older daughter had a ball on the slide, although there is a height requirement on the slide of 48" my little daughter had fun in the pool alone. I would definitely, highly recommend staying here to family, friends as well as others. So thank you Joe and Judy for a very relaxing carefree vacation!

Looks just like the pictures. Everthing was clean and well maintained. So much better than staying at a Disney resort where there is no room to spread out and after a day at the parks it is nice to come back to your own quiet place. We also spent a day at the Windsor pool which was very enjoyable and I even went down the slide. Close drive to the beaches too. Overall a great experience and the passes were an added bonus. Your townhouse was the best stay away from home that I've ever had! As soon as I walked in the door it felt so serene and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated & well layed-out. Everything we needed was there for us; just like at home. The screened-in pool area was wonderful to get the sun, but not the bugs! The quick commute to Disney attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and more was definitely a PLUS! I would recommend your townhouse to anyone going to Disney!The owner was a pleasure to deal with he answered all our questions and was always available ,the travel packet he sends out is AWESOME it saved us alot of money on restaurants i highly recommend this place coming back in Jan thanks again Joe

This townhome is perfect! This was our 3rd time to Orlando and this beats the other resorts by far! The pictures are exactly what you get which is very refreshing. The townhome was clean, spacious, and had every amenity you could ask for. The home had a very open layout which was great for watching the kids in the splash pool. We loved the resort pool, it was within walking distance and the water temp was great. The kids loved having their own kid size pool, and it was great to take a dip in the evening without leaving home. There is every kitchen utensil you need, plenty of towels and blankets, and even toys for the pool. They thought of everything. Joe the owner was wonderful to work with.He was always available to answer questions and was very easy to contact if we needed him for anything. I would highly recommend this townhome. It was so nice to stay somewhere where the pictures where exactly as the home looked. Thank you Joe for helping to make our most memorable vacation yet we will be back for sure .

This place is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will defenitely be returning in the near future.

The owner was easy to work with and the parking pass and vip cards he provided were greatly appreciated!!
