We really enjoyed our vacation at the townhouse. For our family, there is no other way to go to Disney from now on.
The house itself is spacious and very clean.
It is close enough to be an easy commute to the parks (5 minutes to Animal Kingdom), yet it is so quiet and peaceful at the resort.
The small private pool is the best thing after long days at the parks.
We didn't have the chance to go to the resort pool, but the kids enjoyed the castle playground.
The location is very convenient on I 192. You are 5 minutes away from Super Target, Publix and many restaurants such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Sweet Tomatoes,...

This townhouse is a great place to stay. It is as close to Disney as you can get. The townhouse and the furnishings within are extremely nice. My wife and I went with our daughter, her husband, our son, and our grandkids, an 18 month, 4, and 6 year old. We had plenty of room, Joe even provides high chair and a pack-n-play and the kids loved the pool. Joe is extremely helpful with any questions you may have. He has great knowledge of the area and how to get the most for your money. The diamond parking pass is great because of the amount of steps it saves you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to go to Disney and Joe will be my first call when I plan to return. Butch

We are so glad to have had the oppurtunity to stay at your place. The resort is beautiful and your house is like a home away from home. Your home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back in the not to distant future. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 5 star resort.

This was our second stay at Joe's townhouse and we just knew we wouldn't be disappointed. As before, the house was so clean and beautifully kept. It had been two years since we last stayed, but everything was just as great as before. We always tell our friends to consider staying with Joe because we know that they will be as happy as we are. We know that we will receive a call before and after our stay to make sure we are happy and we always are. The house is so close to everything, the parks, restaurants, stores, everything you need is nearby. Hopefully we can come back in a couple years when our newest grandson is old enough and we will be sure to stay here. Thanks, Joe, for a great home away from home!!

This was our second vacation at Joe's townhouse and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first!!! First off, Joe's a great guy who's very friendly, helpful and extremely nice to deal with. As many others have pointed out, his townhouse is beautiful, very nicely decorated, extremely well equipped and immaculately kept. Very quick trip from the airport too -- before you know it, you're at the house! Also, unlike a lot of places out there that I'm sure claim as much, Joe's house is literally minutes. from all the Disney parks. On off-days from Disney, the Windsor Hills community has a ton to offer. The community pool is gorgeous -- it's huge, clean and heated. The water slide is awesome -- try laying down all the way. You come out like being shot out of a cannon!! Definitely the best water slide I've ever been on. A nice size arcade/games room, a pool table, multiple Ping-Pong tables, a full workout room---all available right there at the clubhouse. I even took my 4-year-old a few blocks up from the townhouse to the playground and he LOVED it! He told me it was the best playground he's ever been on!! The surrounding area is great too -- just minutes west up 192 there's a huge Target with a Publix (complete with a Redbox DVD rental kiosk) almost right across the street. Great supermarket -- wish they had Publix in New York! And all along the strip there's every restaurant you can think off. We love it down there and can't wait to go back!!!

Once again Joe's place is immaculate. Everything as it was our last trip.
Clean, and just about everything you need is there in the kitchen ! I even think he bought new beds ! It is so close to the park and local resturants which makes your stay just stress free ! We will always continue to recommend Joes's place to our friends. Thanks Joe for your help ! Cant wait to come back !

What a great place to stay!! So close to Disney World and shopping, gated security, well-maintained and clean, every amenity needed for vacation was provided and excellent customer service with the owner Joe. I highly recommend staying here.
