WONDERFUL!! AND WE ARE A PICKY FAMILY!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Joe and Judy's townhouse. Our family of 5 plus my mother-in-law were impressed with how clean and spacious it was. We stayed last year on-site at Disney at a deluxe 2 bedroom w/ kitchen and that was nice, but we found this trip to be more relaxing. It is so close to Disney and Sea World. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Every night our kids swam in the splash pool while we were getting dinner ready. The resort pool is beautiful and the slide was a big hit.

Joe was extremely helpful in planning our trip. He gave us a lot of great information, and the VIP passes that he sent us were terrific. We were so impressed with the customer service. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this townhouse, and we plan to stay here again. You can't beat the money you save, the location, and all the space you have. It really does feel like you're coming home after a busy day. We chose to rent from Joe and Judy because of all the terrific reviews we read on their site, and we are pleased to add to them now.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was easy to get to from the airport, especially with the directions the owners supplied, and the elevator to the fourth floor was handy! The condo was clean, well equipped, and very very nicely decorated. The layout was good for our group of 6 people and we never felt crowded. The property ammenities were also as described, but we were so busy at Disney we really didn't use them. Parking was ample and easy, and getting to Disney was a breeze...I don't think you could stay much closer to Disney. The owners were wonderful every step of the way, answering all of our questions prior to arriving and providing everything we needed to get organized and checked in properly. The best grocery store around was Publix, which was out to Rt. 192 and then going away from Disney...West, I believe. There was also a Target down that direction. There were plenty of restaurants around but we mostly ate at the condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends. We will be staying here again for sure

I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the US. This is by far one of my favorite stays ever. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and quiet. We were close to all the parks. Joe was extremely helpful and the VIP passes were a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

My husband, brother and I stayed at Joe & Judys townhouse in October 2008. A golf holiday for the boys and a chance for me to relax in the Florida sunshine. The townhouse was everything and more than we had hoped for the place was spotless . Great location to the resort pool and recreation complex as well as being close to all of the main attractions. The private pool was a definite plus, along with the high speed internet ,every question we had regarding the unit were answered very quickly . We will definitely recommend this townhouse/complex to our family and friends! The VIP passes along with the discounts Joe provided were a very big plus and a great time saver .

It was my first time visiting Disney along with my children. The place was perfect and so close to all the attractions. Joe gave us wonderful information on the area attractions and great tips. We had a Magical Time and are already deciding when to come back and we would chose Joe's place in a heart beat.

Our stay at Joe's townhouse was wonderful! The unit was very clean and it was the perfect amount of space needed for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was absoluetely great getting to visit everything Disney, then retreat to the peacefulness that the townhouse provided. No crowded hotels and pools to deal with! Great location close all the Disney parks, and surrounding area provides extra shopping / dining needs. We plan on returning sometime in the future.

Let me first say that Joe the owner was GREAT!! He was very helpful. The townhouse was clean. My kids had a great time they enjoyed the video games and the pool. I would recommend this Townhouse and the resort.

First of all, let me say that I was a little apprehensive about booking with the owners of a townhouse (we have always stayed at hotels before). But Judy and Joe guided us every step of the way and things could not have gone more smoothly.

The townhouse was absolutely lovely - everything top quality and very spacious. We really enjoyed the small private pool area.

The only drawback to our holiday was that even though we stayed 2 weeks, we wished we could have spent more time at this beautiful property. Next time we will relax more and do less.

I'm a pretty picky person, but I would highly recommend this townhouse Getting to the parks was very easy and there were many great restaurants in the area. SO much better than staying at a hotel.

We've told many people about this wonderful treasure and hope to return again.

The owner also gave us VIP parking pass to all parks which worked out great with the little ones we didnt have to walk far.
