We had the best family vacation in Destin this summer! Everything about Sun Burns was so wonderful. The location to the beach, the house and amenities like a beach umbrella and floats. I would say the best thing about Sun Burns was Cheri the owner. She was truly amazing and incredibly hospitable. Her communication was so great from the time I inquired about the house initially, correspondence leading up to our vacation and throughout the week we were there. She recommended great places to dine, shop, eat and tips in general. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very nice and we loved having the grill. Cheri, we will be back. Thank you for making the first annual Allen family vacation so fabulous!!!

Letting you know we had a wonderful time last week in Destin. The house was great! Our family enjoyed staying there. My daughter especially appreciated the house having a pack-in-play, high chair, & baby gate (awesome especially with stairs) that was used for our 13 month old grandson. We even used the child's wagon a few times when walked to the beach. Having the pool close made it really nice too. Our family made a lot of great memories! Thanks again for everything.

This property was great! it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had great views. the property was very clean when we arrived and had that beach feel to it. i enjoyed my stay very much and would go back there anytime(:

As an interior designer I am incredibly meticulous and selective about the places I rent for my family and I to spend quality time in. We happen to find this place by mistake, but what a lucky mistake it was! This beach bungalow is perfect - simply perfect. The decor, the accommodations, the comfort is above and beyond what I would have expected. The unit has EVERYTHING, and I really mean EVERYTHING you would need on vacation - especially for a family like ours who enjoys eating in & grilling.

The quality of the furniture, the bedding, the mattresses, the towels everything was the quality you would find in a personal home not a vacation/rental home. These owners have taken the time to think of every detail. Oh and talking about details... the guest book... WOW! reviews on restaurants, directions, where to eat along the way on your trip home - - - this book was better put together than the books you find at 5 star hotels.

We had a fabulous time with our daughter, her friend in our very impromptu getaway. We rode bikes, we read, we swam (by the way the pool is next to the unit), we took long walks in the beach, we really had one of the best times we have ever had in all the many years of visiting Destin/Miramar & the gulf coast area. I truly believe that I was so relaxed because this property owner had thought of everything for me - - that truly that contributed to my enjoyment of this trip.

I work in an industry where it is up to me to think and forecast every issue, every detail - this is one of the very few times where I have been able to disconnect from life and truly enjoy the moment and it was because nothing was missing, nothing was uncomfortable, nothing was wrong. BTW, it was my birthday! :)

Bill and Cheri make you feel right at home! The location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. We basically had the pool next door to ourselves which my children loved! The home has everything you need and is very welcoming. The master suite and bathroom are lovely, and the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs are very spacious! We honestly can't wait to go back! ( When you are in the kitchen, look out the back door window and watch the beautiful sunsets!)

This location was perfect. The house was well maintained and the decor was very inviting. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice equipped kitchen along with everything needed to make your stay very relaxing. Close proximity to beach and shopping along with several restaurants for your choosing. The people in Florida are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this house and look forward to going back very soon!
